Claims (4)

  1. 액충전후의 용기헤드스페이스내 공기를 불활성가스로 치환해서 밀봉하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 용기가, 용기 봉함장치에 의해서 봉함되기 직전 또는, 봉함체 공급장치에 의해서 용기구에 봉함체가 공급되기 직전에 용기헤드스페이스내에 불활성가스를 취입하고, 연후에, 즉시 봉함 또는 봉함체를 공급해서 용기헤드스페이스내에 상기 불활성가스를 봉입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기헤드스페이스내 공기의 치환방법.
  2. 액충전후의 용기헤드스페이스내 공기를 불활성가스로 치환해서 밀봉하는 방법에 있어서, 먼저, 액충전후의 용기의 헤드스페이스내에 가열가스를 공급하고, 동 가열가스의 열에너지로, 상기 헤드스페이스내에 존재하는 기포를 소거해서 동 기포내의 공기까지도 제거하고, 이어서 용기를 봉함공정에 공급하고, 상기 용기가, 용기봉함장치에 의해서 봉함되기 직전 또는, 봉함체 공급장치에 의해서 용기구에 봉함체가 공급되기 직전에 용기헤드스페이스내에 불활성가스를 취입하고, 연후에, 즉시 봉함 또는 봉함체를 공급해서 용기헤드스페이스내에 상기 불활성 가스를 봉입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기헤드스페이스내 공기의 치환방법.
  3. 용기 봉함장치의 봉함플런저 하부 또는 봉함체 공급장치의 봉함체 공급슈우트의 하부에, 봉함 또는 봉함체가 공급되기 직전의 용기헤드스페이스에 불활성가스를 취입하는 노즐을, 상기 용기헤드스페이스를 향해서 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기헤드스페이스내 공기의 치환장치.
  4. 용기충전장치로 부터 용기봉함장치에의 액충전후의 용기전송장치 위에 전송되는 용기의 헤드스페이스에 가열가스를 취입해서 헤드스페이스내의 기포를 소거하는 기포소거장치를 설치함과 동시에, 상기 용기봉함장치의 봉함플런저 하부 또는 봉함체 공급장치의 봉함체 공급슈우트의 하부에, 봉함 또는 봉함체가 공급되기 직전의 용기헤드스페이스에 불활성가스를 취입하는 노즐을, 상기 용기헤드스페이스를 향해서 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기헤드스페이스내 공기의 치환장치.
