다초점 콘택트 렌즈의 제작방법

제3도는 본 발명의 실시예에 사용되는 보호막의 형상 및 설치상태를 설명하는 도면.
제4는 본 발명에 사용되는 연마기와 특정한 지그(jig)를 설명하기 위한 도면.

Claims (3)

  1. 구면 콘택트 렌즈의 일부분에 보호막을 부착하는 단계와, 콘택트렌즈를 연마하여 상기한 보호막이 피복되지 않은 렌즈 표면을 희망하는 배율로 다듬질하는 단계와, 상기한 보호막을 떼어내는 단계와, 전술한 단계들을 최소한 1회에 걸쳐 반복하는 단계로 구성되는것을 특징으로 하는 다초점 콘택트 렌즈의 제작방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 보호막이 피복되지 않은 렌즈 표면을 희망자는 배율로 연마하는 상기한 과정이 다음과 같은 방법, 즉 콘택트 렌즈의 전방 곡선부의 접선이 회전하는 연마기의 원통 표면에 평행하게 접촉하도록 콘택트 렌즈를 연마기의 스폰지에 밀착시켜 연마함으로써 마이너스 배율을 증가시키는 방법과 콘택트렌즈의 전방 곡선부의 접선이 회전하는 연마기의 원통 표면에 경사지게 접촉하도록 콘택트 렌즈 연마기의 스폰지에 밀착시켜 연마함으로써 플러스 배율을 증가시키는 방법으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다초점 콘택트 렌즈의 제작방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 콘택트 렌즈를 희망하는 배율로 연마하는 상기한 과정에서 전단부 중앙에 통공이 형성되어 있는 특별한 지그를 사용하는 것에 의해 연마 과정중에 렌즈를 지그로부터 떼어내지 않고도 그 배율을 통공을 통해 확인해 볼 수 있도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 다초점 콘택트 렌즈의 제작방법.
