제3도는 제2도 카트리지의 평면도.

Claims (17)

  1. 유동성 조성물을 주액하기 위하여 주액기구에 연결하는 카트리지 동체에 있어서, 카트리지통체가 조성물을 용입하기 위한 종공내부를 갖는 체장한 부분으로 구성되고, 중공내부의 일측단은 노즐튜우브를 삽입하기 위한 삽입공을 갖는 노즐단부로 폐쇄되고, 이 삽입공은 체장한 부분의 횡방향으로 연장되어 삽입공의 폭보다 작은 단일 교차점에서 삽입공의 축선에 대하여 횡방으로 교차하는 바의 카트리지동체.
  2. 청구범위 1에 있어서, 노즐단부가 체장한 부분보다 두꺼워 노즐튜우브의 지지를 위한 견고성이 부여되도록 한 바의 카트리지.
  3. 청구범위 1 또는 2에 있어서, 교차점이 삽입공으로 삽입된 마개로 밀폐되고 상기 마개는 노즐단부의 재질보다 연질이며 상기 삽입공은 카트리지동체의 폭을 가로질러 연장되어 있는 바의 카트리지.
  4. 청구범위 1,2 또는 3에 있어서, 체장한 부분과 노즐단부가 합성수지로 입체가 되게 사출된 바의 카트리지.
  5. 유동성 조성물을 주액하기 위하여 주액기구에 연결하는 카트리지 동체에 있어서, 카트리지동체가 조성물을 용입하기 위한 중공내부를 갖는 체장한 부분으로 구성되고, 중공내부는 체장한 부분에 비하여 보강된 구조의 노즐단부로 폐쇄되고, 상기 노즐단부는 체장한 부분의 중공내부와 연통된 통공을 가지며, 상기 통공은 조성물 주액을 위하여 노즐팁 또는 노즐단부가 삼입될 수 있게 되어 있는 바의 카트리지.
  6. 유동성 조성물을 주액하기 위하여 주액기구에 연결하는 카트리지자동체에 있어서, 카트리지동체가 조성물을 용입하기 위한 중공내부를 갖는 체장한 부분으로 구성되고, 중공내부의 일측단은 노즐튜우브, 또는 노즐팁이 삼입되는 삼입공을 가지며.이 삽입공은 체장한 부분에 대하여 횡방향으로 연장되고 내부와 교차하며, 상기 삼입공의 교차점은 노즐단부보다 연질이고 마찰결합으로 삽입되는 봉체 또는 핀으로 밀폐되는 바의 카트리지.
  7. 전기 청구범위에 있어서, 중공내부의 단면은 활동 가능한 밀폐부재를 삼입할 수 있도록 전길이를 통하여 일정하고 밀폐부재의 운동으로 조성물이 주액되는 바의 카트리지.
  8. 청구범위 7에 있어서, 노즐단부에서, 내부는 원추형이고 원추의 정점이 삽입공보다 작은 직경의 교차공으로 상기 삼입공와 교차하는 바의 카트리지.
  9. 전기 청구범위에 있어서, 삽입공이 노즐튜우브의 일부와 결합하는 부분에 노즐튜우브의 삽입서 위치선정이 용이하도록 비원형단면을 갖는 바의 카트리지.
  10. 전기 청구범위에 있어서, 체장한 부분과 노즐단부가 플라스틱으로 일체가 되게 사출된 바의 카트리지.
  11. 유동성 조성물을 주액하기 위하여 주액기구에 연결하는 카트리지동체에 있어서, 카트리지동체가 일측단부에서 노즐단부로 폐쇄되는 중공동체로 구성되고, 상기 노즐단부는 노즐팁 또는 노즐튜우브가 삽입되는 삽입공을 가지며, 이 삽입공은 동체의 내부와 연결되고, 상기 삽입공의 부근에서 노즐단부는 노즐튜우브 또는 팁을 효과적으로 지지하기 위하여 보강되어 견고히 취부되는 바의 카트리지동체.
  12. 본문에 상술하고 예시한 바와같은 실제의 카트리지동체.
  13. 전기 청구범위의 어느 하나에 따르고 내부에 유동성 조성물이 용입된 카트리지동체로 구성된 유동성 조성물의 주액을 위한 처분가능한 카트리지.
  14. 청구범위 13에 있어서, 카트리지동체가 청구범위 7 또는 다른 종속 청구범위에 따르고 카트리지동체가 조성물을 공기로부터 밀폐가능하고 카트리지동체가 상기 삽입공에 노즐튜우브를 삽입시 이로부터 조성물이 이동되도록 주액기구에 의하여 이동가능한 밀폐부재를 포함하는 바의 카트리지.
  15. 본문에 상술하고 예시한 바와같은 처분가능한 카트리지.
  16. 주액기구와 청구범위 13-15에 따른 카트리지를 포함하는 유동성 조성물의 주액기.
