Claims (11)

  1. 일반식(IIa)의 포르포르산 클로라이드를 동몰량의 수용성 시아나이드 존재하에서, 촉매의 존재하에서, 수불혼화성 탄화수소의 존재하에서 0 내지 80℃로 일반식(IIIa)의 화합물과 반응시켜 일반식(Ia)의 시아노히드린 포스페이트를 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서
    R'은 수소 또는 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 시클로알킬, 아르알킬 및 아릴로 임의 치환된 라디칼이거나 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클로라이칼이고, R1'는 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아르알콕시, 알킬티오, 알케닐티오, 알키닐티오, 아릴티오, 아르알킬티오, 알킬아미노(모노알킬아미노 또는 디알킬아미노), 아릴아미노 및 아르알킬아미노로 임의 치환된 라디칼이고, R21는 알킬, 아릴, 아르알킬, 아릴옥시, 아르알콕시, 알킬티오, 알케닐티오, 알키닐티오, 아릴티오, 아르알킬티오, 알킬아미노(모노 알킬아미노 또는 디알킬아미노) 아릴아미노 및 아르알킬아미노로 임의 치환된 라디칼이고, X는 산소 또는 황이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매로 테트라알킬 암모늄염을 사용하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 용매가 탄소수 5 내지 10의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알칸 또는 시클로헥산 또는 메틸벤젠 또는 그의 혼합물인 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 8항에 있어서 반응이 0 내지 30℃의 온도에서 진행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 일반식(Ia)의 포스포르산 클로라이드 및/또는 일반식 (III)의 알데히드가 상술한 바와 같은 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)화합물을 실시예 1 내지 48중 어느 하나로 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)화합물을 실시예 49 내지 82중 어느 하나로 제조하는 방법.
  8. 일반식(II)의 포스포르산 클로라이드를 동몰량의 수용성 시아나이드 존재하에서, 촉매 존재하에 실제로 수불혼화성 탄화수소의 존재하에서 0 내지 80℃로 온도로 일반식(III)의 알데히드와 반응시켜 일반식(I)의 시아노히드린 포스페이트를 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서
    R'은 수소 또는 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 시클로알킬, 시클로알케닐 아르알킬, 아르알케닐 및 아릴로 임의 치환된 라디칼이거나 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클로라디칼이고, R1및 R2는 같거나 서로 다르며, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 아릴, 아르알킬, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아르알콕시, 아키티오, 알케닐티오, 알킬닐티오, 아릴티오, 아르알킬티오, 알킬아미노(모노알킬아미노 또는 디알킬아미노), 아릴아미노 및 아르알킬아미노로 임의 치환된 라디칼이거나, 알칸디일, 알칸디옥시, 아미노 알킬옥시 또는 알칸디아미노이고, X는 산소 또는 황이다.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 테트라알킬 암모늄염 또는 트리알킬 아르알킬 암모늄염을 촉매로 사용하는 제조방법.
  10. 제8 내지 9항에 있어서, 용매가 탄소수 5 내지 10을 가진 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알칸 또는 시클로알칸 또는 메틸벤젠 또는 그의 혼합물인 제조 방법.
  11. 제8 내지 10항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응이 0 내지 30℃에서 진행되는 제조방법.
