Claims (16)
- 부동분야에 사용하기 적합한 특성을 가진 납산밧테리에 있어서, 내벽에 의해 복수의 셀로 분할되는 밀봉용기와, 각각의 셀에는 복수의 정극성 플레이트가 설치되어 이 플레이트에는 자동지지그리드와 그리드상에서 반죽된 부극성 활성재료가 있고 적어도 한 전해액 흡수 및 유지분리기 재료층이 형성되어 상기 정극성 및 부극성 플레이트를 밀접하게 접촉 및 붑리시키며, 상기 플레이트와 붑리기에서 흡수되는 황산전해액과 상기 플레이트 및 분리기는 전해액을 유지하기 위힌 충분한 다공성 재료로 되어 적어도 시간당 25암페어를 공급하는 능력이 있고, 상기 용기에는적어도 한개의 안전밸브가 설치되어 밸브는 용기내의 압력이 약 0.5내지 3.0psig일때 용기내의 가스를 대기로 유출시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 납산밧테리.
- 제1항의 밧테리에 있어서, 정극성 및 부극성 그리드중의 적어도 한개가 칼뮷-주석-납의 합금인 밧테리.
- 제1항의 밧테리에 있어서 정극성 활성재료의 밀도가 약 3.0내지 4.2g/㎤인 밧테리.
- 제1항의 밧테리에 잇어서, 정극성 활성재료가 전해액 유지시약을 질양의 약 0.05내지 1.0%함유한 밧테리.
- 제4항의 밧테리에 있어서, 상기 전해액의 유지시약이 콜로이달 실리카인 밧테리.
- 제1항의 밧테리에 있어서, 부극성 활성재료밀도가 약 3.2내지 4.1g/㎤인 밧테리.
- 제1항의 밧테리에 있어서, 부극성 활성재료가 전해액 유지시약을 질량의 약 0.05내지 1.0%함유한 밧테리.
- 제7항의 밧테리에 있어서, 상나 전해액 유지시약이 콜로이달 싯리카인 밧테리.
- 제1항의 밧테리에 있어서, 상기 부극성 활정재료가 질량의 약 0.3내지 1.0%의 유기팽창물을 함유한 밧테리.
- 제1항의 밧테리에 있어서, 상기 부극성 활성재료에 질량의 약 0.3내지 1%의 첨가물이 함유되어 순환동안 황산염 납 결정의 응고를 최소화하는 밧테리.
- 제1항의 밧테리에 있어서, 정극성 활성재료에 대한 부극성 활성재료의 질량비가 1.0이하인 밧테리.
- 제10항의 밧테리에 있어서, 상기 질량비가 약 0.75내지 0.92인 밧테리.
- 제1항의 밧테리에 있어서, 상기 전해액 유지 및 흡수 분리기 재료가 보로실리케이트 유리재료인 밧테리.
- 제12항의 밧테리에 있어서, 적어도 두개의 상기 전해액 유지층과 흡수재료층이 존재하며, 상기 플레이트에 인접한 층은 보로실이케이트 유리 재료로 된 밧테리.
- 제1항의 밧테리에 있어서, 공통다기관은 상기 복수의 셀을 상기 안전밸브에 연결시키는 밧테리.
