Claims (5)
- 니켈 베이스 합금의 돌출한 가이드 불록을 가지고 내측으로 설치되어 있고 스테인레스 스틸의 얇은 플레이팅(2)과 내측으로 피복된 저합금 스틸의 외부 원통형 후프(1)로 형성되어 있으며 스테인 레스 스틸의 얇은 플레이팅(2)과 내측으로 저합금스틸의 원통형 후프(1)를 피복하여 본 후프(1)의 내측에 지지블록(3)을 부착시키는 방법에 있어서, 스테인레스 스틸 플레이팅(20으로 둘러싸인 후프의 저합금 스틸의 면적을 빈체로 남겨두고 스테인레스 스틸의 플레이팅(2)에 관해 돌출한 윤곽이 얻어질 때까지 인코낼형의 니켈-베이스 합금의 플레이팅(34)을 아아크 용접 방법에 의해 이런 빈 면적에 침전시키며, 그후 볼 플레이팅(34)을 기계설치시키고 인코넬형의 니켈 합금이 플레이팅(34)과 격리부품(35) 사이에 형성된 홈에 침전되면 부가적으로 아아크 용접방법에 의해 인코넬형의 니켈 베이스합금의 격리부품(35)을 본 플레이팅(34)에 용접시키는 사실로 특징되어 있는 용기용 후프 제조방법.
- 전기적으로 유도 프락스하에 침전된 리본의 연속적인 층에 의해 플레이팅(34)을 침젖시키는 사실로 특징되어 있는 청구범위 1에 의한 방법.
- 홈의 하부에 용접배드(36)를 침식시키기 전에, 니켈합금의 플레이팅(34)과 니켈합금의 격리부품(35)사이의 접합평면에 니켈 합금의 가용성 링(37)에 삽입시키는 사실로 특징되어 있는 전 청구범위의 하나에 의한 방법.
- 격리부품은 후프가 수평일 때 나켈베이스 합금의 플레이팅상에 위치되고 용접베드는 홈의 하부에 침전되고 그때 후프가 변화되는 사실로 특징되어 있는 전 청구범위의 하나에 의한 방법.
