제2도는 거품 공급기 헤드에 대한 경사각을 조정할 수 있게 장착된 두개의 전단스트립을 구비한 보조장치의 개략적인 사시도.
제3도는 제1도 또는 제2도에 도시된 보조 장치를 설치하여 구성된 거품 공급기를 가로 질러 이동하는 개 직조 기질(open-weare substrate)의 이동방향을 도시한 거품 공급의 개략적인 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 발포수단, 거품관수단, 거품공급기수단, 그 거품공급기수단에형성되어 개직조기질을 통과시에 거품을 배출시켜 상기 개직조기질과 접촉되게 해주는 오리피스 수단으로 구성되어 개직조기질을 거품으로 처리하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 오리피스수단의 양쪽에 서로 이격되게 설치되어 상기 오리피스와 평행하게 위치되며 상기 거품공급기수단의 평면에 대해 3 내지 90℃ 각도로 각져 있으며 각 단부가 단수단에 의해 에워 싸여져 단수단과 함께 상기 오리피스 상측에 개방된 공간을 형성하는 두개 또는 그 이상의 각진 전단스트립으로 구성된 보조요소 수단을 구비하여 상기 개직조기질이 상기 오리피스 및 상기 공간의 양 개방측을 가로질러 통과할 때 상기 개직조기질의 양면에 거품을 교대로 접촉시키게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개직조기질을 거품으로 처리하기 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각진 전단스트립이 평면에 대해 3 내지 60℃의 각돌 각지게 단수단에 견고하게 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 개직조기질을 거품으로 처리하기 위한 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각진 전단스트립이 단수단에 조정가능하게 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 개직조기질을 거품으로 처리하기 위한 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 각진 전단스트립이 5° 내지 45°의 각도로 각져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개직조기질을 거품으로 처리하기 위한 장치.
  5. 개직조기질의 양면에 거품조성물을 균일하게 분포시키도록 상기 개직조기질을 거품공급기수단의 오리피스와 보조요소 수단 사이로 연속적으로 이송시켜 거품공기기 수단의 오리피스를 통해 공급되는 거품으로 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 기질으 오리피스와 그 오리피스에 근접된 보조요소 수단의 각진 전단 스트립의 연부사이로 이송시켜 오리피스와 마주보는 기질의 한쪽면에 거품을 균일하게 분포시키며, 그뒤에 상기기질의 반대쪽면을 보조요소 수단의 각진 전단스트립의 반대쪽 연부를 가로질러 이송시켜 기질의 상기 반대쪽면에 거품을 균일하게 분포시키게 하는 공정들을 포함하며, 상기 보조요소 수단은 상기 오리피스의 양쪽에 서로 이격되게 설치되어 상기 오리피스와 평행하게 위치되며 상기 거품공급기 수단의 평면에 대해 3 내지 90℃의 각도로 각져 있으며 각 단부가 단수단에 의해 에워싸여져 단수단과 함께 상기 오리피스 상측에 개방된 공간을 형성하는 두개 또는 그 이상의 각진 전단스트립으로 구성된 것으 특징으로 하는 개직조기질을 거품으로 처리하기 위한 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기각이 5° 내지 45°인 것을 특징으로 하는 개직조기질을 거품으로 처리하기 위한 방법.
