Claims (4)

  1. 암모니아를 이산화탄소와 요소합성압력 및 온도의 요소 합성내에서 반응시켜 얻어진 요소 합성액으로부터, 이에 불용의 불활성 가스를 요소 합성압력에서 분리함에 있어, 평형량에 근사한 양으로 생산이되고 또한 최고 온도에 달한 요소 함유 요소 합성액을, 요소 합성에 공급되는 암모니아와, 요소 합성압력과 동일한 압력에서 불활성 가스를 분리하기 전에 간접적인 열교환을 시켜서, 그 요소 합성액의 온도를 5℃-30℃로 내림을 특징으로 하는 개량된 불활성 가스의 분리법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 암모니아를, 상기 요소 합성액과 열교환 시키기전에, 150℃보다 높지 않은 온도로 예열시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최고 온도는 170°-200℃ 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각이 되고 불활성 가스가 분리된 요소 합성액을, 요소 합성의 외부로 방출되기 전에, 요소 합성내에서 요소 합성액과 열교환 시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
