Claims (6)

  1. 거의 포화된 설페이트 수용액을 100℃ 이상내지 환류온도에서 가열시키는 동안 약 50% 내지 70%의 화학 양론량의 침전제를 적가한 다음 계속해서 약 90 내지 100℃ 이하에서 냉각시킨 후 더욱 염이온 생성제를 적가하고 혼합물을 약 실온으로 냉각함을 특징으로 하여 황산 함유 설페이트수요액을 염이온 생성제로 침전시키고 분리하여 침전된 생성물을 염이온 생성제를 함유하는 수성용액으로 세정하여 3,3´-디클로로-4,4´-디아미노-비페닐-디하이드로 클로라이드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염이온 생성제로 염산을 사용하는 상기방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 약 65%의 화학양론량이 염이온 생성제를 100℃ 이상과 환류 온도범위내에서 적가하고 더욱 화학양론량의 두배 이하의 염이온 생성제를 약 90 내지 100℃이하의 온도범위에서 적가함을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  4. 제1하에 있어서, 먼저 잔사의 화학양론량의 양이온 생성제 또는 이들의 과잉량을 약 90 내지 100℃이하의 온도 범위내에서 적가하고 상기 제제의 과잉량을 최후에 적가함을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 침전된 디클로로라이드를 수성염산으로 세정함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 연속 결정화에 세정 여과물을 재사용함을 특징으로 하는 상기방법.
