Claims (13)
- 길이가 긴 물체가 유입하는 유출구가 있고 전기절연 수단이 있는 밀폐된 코오팅실과, 코오팅재료 공급계통과, 코오팅재료를 미립자로 만들고 교환할 수 있는 정전코오팅기와, 코오팅실내에서 길이가 긴 물체의 이부분에 대해 코오팅기의 방향을 잡아주는 고정수단과, 코오팅실의 접지를 방지하도록 코오팅기를 코오팅실과 전기절연 시키는 수단과, 코오팅실에 비활성 운반가스를 공급하는 수단 및 코오팅 실로부터 코오팅재료가 함유된 운반가스를 제거하는 배기수단으로 되었으며 직선통로를 따라 이동하는 길이가 무한한 물체를 정전코오팅하는 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 배기수단에 여과기를 구성하여 코오팅재료가 함유된 가스로 부터 코오팅재료의 입자를 제거하도록한 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 코오팅수단 으로서 정전기식 무공기 분무기를 이용한 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 배기수단을 코오팅실과 전기절연시킨 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 배기수단을 지상과 전기절연시킨 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 코오팅실의 내부에 코오팅수단을 설치하고 코오팅실에는 구멍을 구성하여 이 구멍속으로 코오팅수단의 노즐을 삽입하도록 한 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 코오팅실에 코오팅재료 회수수단을 포함시켜 과분무된 코오팅재료를 수집하여 코오팅실에서 내어보내 다시 사용하도록 한 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 코오팅실에 배플 수단을 포함시켜 코오팅실의 내면에 모이는 과분무된 코오팅재료가 물체위에 액적이되어 떨어지지 않도록 한 장치.
- 청구범위 제8항에 있어서 코오팅실의 벽을 향해 아래로 각도를 가지며 코오팅실을 통과하는 관위에 상부패널을 설치하여 이 패널위에 형성되는 과분무된 코오팅 재료의 액적이 벽을 따라 아래로 흘러내리도록 하고 관의 위에 드립쉬일드를 설치하여 관이 통과하는 코오팅실의 벽을 따라 흘러내리는 코오팅재료를 관에서 멀리 떨어져 가도록 방향전환을 시키게 끔 한 배플수단으로 된 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 코오팅재료용 용매와 다수의 코오팅재료를 수용하는 다수의 탱크와 코오팅재료를 선택하여 코오팅 수단으로 선택된 코오팅재료를 공급하는 수단 및 코오팅 재료가 선정된 후 코오팅재료를 코오팅 수단으로 공급하기 전에 선택된 코오팅 재료에 적합한 용매로 장치를 세척하는 수단으로된 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 코오팅수단으로는 정전기식의 가압공기 분무기를 이용한 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 코오팅수단으로는 정전기식의 원심코오팅장치를 이용한 장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 적당한 용매로 코오팅실의 표면을 세척한 후 코오팅 작업에 들어가도록 한 수단을 포함시킨 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
