Claims (13)
- 분자가 할로겐을 함유하는 중합체물질로 된 제품 또는 그 중합체 속에 포장된 제품에 대한 전리선조사에 의한 살균 방법으로서 상기 중합체는 유기 티오화합물을 함유할 수 있는 열안정제를 함유하고 있으며, 최소한 하나의 메르캅탄 기능을 3내지 10개의 탄소원자에 대하여 한개의 -SH군의 비율로 가지고 있는 또는 그 이상의 에스테르가 제품 또는 포장 및 그 내용물을 조사하기 전에 중합체 속에 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 살균법.
- 청구범위 1에서 열안정제는 유기성-주석화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 살균법.
- 청구범위 1에서 열안정제는 유기성-안티몬 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 살균법.
- 청구범위 1 내지 3중의 하나에서 조사는 0.5 내지 2.8megarad의 선량으로 실시되는 살균법.
- 청구범위 1 내지 4중의 하나에서 메르캅탄 에스테르는 두개의 -SH군이 분자체인의 반대 편끝에 위치하는 디티올인 것을 특징으로 하는 살균법.
- 청구범위 1 내지 5중의 하나에서 메르캅탄에스테르는 그 구조가 HS(CH2)n-Z-(CH2)m-Z-(CH2)nSH으로 표시되고 여기서 Z는 카복시군를 나타내고 이때 탄소원자를 체인 -(CH2)n- 또는 체인 -(CH2)m-의 한 탄소원자에 연결되어 있으며, 여기서 n은 1부터 9까지의 전체수이고, m은 1부터 18까지의 전체수이며, 그 합계(2n+m)는 적어도 4가 되는 방법.
- 청구범위 7에서 메르캅탄 에스테르는 1몰의 포리올, 특히 치환기를 같는 하나의 글리콜 또는 글리세롤을 갖는 2몰의 한 카복실메르캅토-산의 디에스테르인 살균방법.
- 청구범위 7에서 상기에 스테르는 글리세릴 1,3-비스(메르캅토-초산염)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 7에서 상기 메르캅탄 에스테르는 2몰의 티올알콜을 갖는 1몰의 카복실 2산의 디에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 8에서 상기 메르캅탄 에스테르는 디(메르캅토-알킬)의 말론산염, 호박산염, 하이드록시호박산염, 글루타린산염, 아디핀산염, 수베린산염 또는 세바신산염이고, 상기 알킬기는 C1부터 C9가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 선행하는 청구범위 중의 하나에 있어서 3 내지 10개의 탄소원자에 대한 한개의 -SH군을 함유하는 상기 메르캅토에스테르의 0.5 내지 6중량%가 혼합되어 있는 포리염화비닐에 적용하고 상기 전리선은 감마선으로 하는 것이 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 할로겐을 함유하는 중합체를 기초로 하고 유기주석 및 또는 유기안티몬 화합물, 특히 티오 또는 메르캅트-화합물에 의하여 열안정화된 프라스틱재료로 만들어지고, 상기 제품을 전리선에 조사시키고, 특히 상기 프라스틱재료는 하나 또는 그 이상의 -SH군을 3 내지 10개의 탄소원자에 대하여 한개의 -SH군 비율로 갖는 메르캅탄 에스테르를 함유하고 있고 이때 상기 중합체는 본질적으로 무색인 것을 특징으로 하는 프라스틱 재료로된 제품.
- 청구범위 12에서 상기 중합체는 감마선을 이용하여 살균된 포리연화 비닐이며, 특히 상기 메르캅탄에스테르는 분자를 구성하는 체인의 끝에 각각 하나의 -SH군을 가지고 있고, 중합체의 중량에 대한 0.5 내지 6% 비율로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
