Claims (3)

  1. 마이크로파를 오븐내에 도입하여 식품을 가열조리하는 고주파 가열장치에 있어서, 상기 마이크로파를 여진하는 회전원판을 상기 오븐의 천정면에 설치하고, 이 회전원판에 설치된 마이크로파 여진부분의 형상을 +자형상의 슬릿으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파가열장치.
  2. 상기 회전원판의 직경을 λ/2(단 λ은 마이크로파의 파장)의 기수배의 치수에 대략 동일하게 한것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 고주파 가열장치.
  3. 상기 회전원판에 설치된 슬릿의 폭을 대략 λ/4이하의 치수로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 고주파 가열장치.
