Claims (10)
- 기계적 조작을 1000당 중량 0.5-20의 양과 pH값 7.5-10.5인 일반구조식(Ⅰ)인 에테르포스페이트를 포함하는 수성윤활조성물의 존재하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 기계조작 방법.상기식에서R은 탄소원자 6-24, 바람직하기로는 12-22인 탄화수소그룹, n은 1-4 이고 M은 수소 또는 1가 양이온이다.
- R이 탄소원자 15-20, 바람직하기로는 16-18이고 n이 1-2이 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 에테르포스페이트, 1000당 중량 0.5-30의 양에서 하나 또는 다수 계면활성화합물을 포함하는 윤활조성물로부터 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 따른 방법.
- 계면활성 화합물이 비이온성이고 바람직하기로는 다음 일반구조식인 비이온성 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 3에 따른 방법.RO(C2H40)p1(CnH2nO)p2H상기식에서R은 탄소원자 8-22, 바람직하기로는 8-14인 지방족 또는 사이클로 지방족그룹 또는 알킬그룹에서 탄소원자 4-24, 바람직하기로는 8-18인 모노-또는 디알킬페닐그룹, n은 3 또는 4, P1은 2-40, 바람직하기로는 R이 지방족 또는 사이클로지방족 그룹일때 3-12, R이 모노-또는 디알킬페닐 그룹일때 2-18이고 P2는 0-5, 바람직하기로는 0-3 이다.
- 계면활성화합물이 음이온성 또는 양이온성 계면활성 화합물의 전체적 또는 부분적으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 3에 따른 방법.
- 음이온성 계면활성 화합물이 다음 일반 구조식을 갖는 알킬포스페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 5에 따른 방법.상기식에서R과 M은 청구범위 1에서 주어진 것이다.
- 윤활조성물이 1000당 중량 0-20, 바람직하기로는 0.5-15의 양에서 폴리알킬렌 글리콜의 비-계면활성 중합체화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1-6에 따른 방법.
- 윤활조성물이 용융 하이드록실화합물, pH 조절제, 살균제 또는 항부식제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1-7에 따른 방법.
- 다음 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계적 금속조작에서 윤활제로서 사용을 위한 물로 희석시킨 농축물.에테르 포스페이트 2-50중량 퍼센트비이온성 계면활성 화합물 2-60 ″비이온성 계면활서 화합물, 예를 들면 알킬포스페이트 0-30 ″양이온 계면활성 화합물 0-40 ″중랍체 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물 0-40 ″용융제 0-40 ″살균제 0- 5 ″물 10-70 ″
