  1. 내화성의 내면을 가지고 있고 산소함유 가스를 유입시키기 위한 입구와 탄소 및 철 산화물을 함유하는 원료물질입자를 공급하기 위한 입구, 그리고 슬래그와 용융물을 유출시키기 위한 유출구를 포함하며 플라즈마버너(12)가 유동층(29) 높이 이내의 용기벽에 설치되는 특징이 있는 철 산화물을 함유하는 원료물질 입자로부터 용융선철이나 강철 예비물질을 제조하기위한 장치.
