Claims (1)

  1. 본문이 상술하고 도면에 도시한 바와 같이, 원형(pattern) 속의 통기공을 통해 개스촉매를 통과시켜 그 원형의 외각 성형면(shell-forming surface) 위에 쌓인 모래와 결합제의 혼합물을 예정된 양만큼 응고시켜 외각주형(shell mold)을 형성시키는 것으로서, 원형을 지지하고서 그와 함께 제1공간을 형성하는 원형 지지체, 그 제1공간에 대하여 개스의 도입 및 배출을 제어하기 위한 제1장치, 모래와 결합제의 혼합물을 저장하기 위한 제2공간을 형성하는 벽이 상부에서는 테를 형성하여 개방되어 있는 모래통, 원형지지체를 그 모래통 상부의 개방부위에 도치시켜 정렬시키기 위한 제2장치, 모래통 위에서 원형지지체를 밀폐시켜 제1 및 제2공간을 대기와 차단시킴과 동시에 원형속의 통기공에 의한 개스통로를 제외하고는 그 두 공간을 서로 고립시키는 제3장치 및 모래통을 원형 지지체 위로 도치시켜 제2공간속에 들어있는 모래를 의각성형면 위로 떨어뜨리는 제4장치로 구성하여 제1장치를 동작시켜 제1공간 속으로 개스촉매를 도입시켜 외각성형면에 인접한 모래와 결합제의 혼합물로 외각주형을 형성시키는 장치.
