Claims (1)
- MgO,Licl,V2O5, 및 Sb2O3의 4성분계의 소결체이며, 전기한 소결체의 원재료의 성분비는 V2O5와 Sb203량을 총량의 20 "몰"%이하 Licl 대 MgO의 "몰"비를 0.42-1.12로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 감습소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
