Claims (1)

  1. 본문에 상술하고 도면에 표시한 바와 같이, 폐추진화약을 분류하여 세척한 후 컷터식 분쇄기(1)로 물을 주입하면서 1.68-0.18㎜정도로 분쇄하고 수분함량 10-20%정도로 탈수시킨 폐추진 화약입자를 추추기에 넣고 이의 무게의 적당 배수에 해당하는 추출용재를 넣고 완전차단 시킨후 시간당 10분씩 교반을 6시간에 걸쳐 추출하여 80메쉬의 스크린이 설치된 분리기에서 질화면은 회수하고, 추출용제는 용제증류기로 이송 시키어 40-60℃정도로 간접 가열하여 염화 메틸렌을 증류하고 냉각기에서 냉각회수하여 분리기에서 회수시킨 질화면을 65℃이하의 간접열로 증류시키고 세척하여 수분 함량 20%의 질화면을 얻게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단기 폐추진 화약으로 부터 질화면의 회수방법.
