Claims (11)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 테트라진류 또는 디히드로 테트라진류의 1종 이상 내지 0.5 내지 99중량%를 적당한 담체 및(또는) 계면 활성제와 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 살충제 조성물.상기 각 일반식에서,R1,R2및 R4는 동일 또는 상이한 것으로서, 각각 수소, 페닐, 탄소수 1 내지 6개의 알킬(예:메틸 또는 에틸), 또는 각각 1개 이상의 수소 원자, 히드록시기, 시아노기, 카르복시기, 탄소수 2 내지 5개의 알콕시카르보닐기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4개의 알콕시기에 의하여 치환되거나 치환되지 않아도 좋은 탄소수 3 내지 5개의 알케닐 또는 알키닐(예:알릴 또는 프로파르길)을 나타내고, 또는R1또는 R2는 다같이 단중결합을 나타내며,Hal은 플루오로, 클로로, 브로모 또는 요오드원자를 나타내고,R3은 2-요오도페닐, 2,5-디할로페닐(예:2,5-디클로페닐 또는 2,5-디브로모페닐), 2-메틸티오페닐시클로헥실, 시클로헥실알킬, 시클로헥세닐, 시클로헥사디에닐, 1-나프틸, 2-나프틸 또는 비페닐을 나타내는데, 시클로헥실, 시클로헥세닐, 시클로헥사디에닐, 나프틸 또는 비페닐 부분은 각각 탄소수 1 내지 6개의 알킬, 알콕시 또는 알킬티오기, 히드록시기, 메르캅토 또는 시아노기, 할로겐 원자, 탄소수 2 내지 6개의 알카노밀옥시기, 아미노기 또는 페닐아미노기, 또는 알킬부분의 탄소수 아미노기 또는 페닐아미노기, 또는 알킬부분의 탄소수가 1 내지 6개인 알킬아미노기 또는 디알킬아미노기의 1종 이상으로 치환 또는 치환되지 않아도 좋다.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, R1,R2및 R4가 각각 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4개의 알킬기, 또는 R1및 R2가 모두 단중 결합을 나타내는 조성물,
- 특허청구의 범위 제2항 기재에 있어서, R1,R2및 R4중 어느 하나가 메틸이고, 다른 것들은 수소이고, 또는 R1및 R2가 모두 단중결합을 나타내는 조성물.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제3항중 임의의 항기재에 있어서, Hal 이 염소인 조성물.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제4항 중 임의의 항기재에 있어서, R3이 2-요오도페닐, 2,5-디할로페닐 또는 2-메틸티오페닐 조성물.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제4항 중 임의의 항 기재에 있어서, R3이 미치환시클로헥실인 조성물
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제6항 중 임의의 기재에 있어서, 활성 화합물이 실시예 1 또는 3 내지 17의 화합물 중 임의의 것인 조성물.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제6항 중 임의의 항에 기재된 살충제 조성물에 있어서, 유효성분이 3-시클로헥실-6-(2-클로로페닐)-1,2,4,5-테트라진인 조성물.
- 응애류, 그의 충란 또는 유충으로 감염된 지역에 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제9항 중 임의의 항에 따른 조성물의 유효량을 살포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 응애류, 그의 충란 또는 유충의 방제 방법.
- (a) 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 치환 아진을 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 히드라진과 반응시키거나, 또는 (b) 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 R1및 R2중 최소한 1개가 수소인 화합물을 적당한 산화제와 반응시키는 것이 특징인 특허 청구의 범위 제11항 기재의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조 방법.상기 각 일반식에서,R3,Hal,R1및 R2는 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같지만, R1및 R2는 모두 단중 결합이 아니다(단, 일반식(Ⅳ)에서, R1및 R2는 모두 단중 결합이다). X는 이탈기이다.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 티아디아졸륨 염을 일반식 R4NHNH2(R4는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다)와 반응 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허 청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물의 제조 방법.상기 일반식에서,R1,R3및 Hal은 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고, X-는 음이온이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
