본 고안은 이송스크류에 의하여 공급된 왕겨나 톱밥등의 입자상 연료가 송풍기에 의하여 일차 연소되는 동시에 오버파이어 공기공급관에 의하여 미연소가스가 회류하면서 완전연소시켜 주므로서 주위에 장설한 보일러동체를 효율적으로 수열할 수 있게 한 온수보일러용 왕겨연소기에 관한 것으로 종래의 왕겨연소기는 공기공급을 일차 연소시에 필요하게끔 공급하고 상부로는 직상부로만 공기를 공급하므로서 재연소가 원활이 이루어지지 않아 완전연소를 기할 수 없을 뿐만아니라 연소중에 미연소된 재가 서로 응결되어 불완전 연소요인이 되는 결점이 있어 미연소가스중의 휘발분이 연관을 통하여 회류하는 과정에서 연관내에 이 물질과 같이 누적되어 열효율을 저하시키고 미연소로 인하여 매연이 발생되는 사례가 허다하였다.The present invention efficiently burns the boiler body installed around the unit while the particulate fuel such as chaff and sawdust supplied by the transfer screw is first burned by the blower, and the unburned gas is completely burned by the overfire air supply pipe.
