Claims (1)
- 원자로의 연료집합체를 형성하는 연료요소의 핵물질을 에워싸는 피복재에 균열이 생기는 것에 의해 원자로내에서의 사용중에 결함으로서 작용케 되는 연료집합체를 음향적으로 검출하기 위해, 연료요소의 피복재내에 수용되는 어떤 물질의 핵분열에 의해 생긴 기체를 피복재의 균열을 통해 배출시켜서, 보호매질내로의 기체의 배출에 관련된 음향현상의 기록에 의해 배출을 검출하여, 방사에 대한 보호용의 액내에 완전히 잠긴 각각의 연료집합체를 개별적으로 점검하는 것으로 이루어진 연료집합체용 음향 및 초음파 검사방법에 있어서, 연료집합체에 결함이 있는 경우에 피복재의 내부에 수용된 기체를 팽창시켜 기포형태로 보호용액내로 배출되게하고, 보호용액에 있어서의 기포의 이동이 연료집합체의 상방에 위치하는 차폐판(1)에 의해 저지되게하고, 차폐판에 대한 기포의 충돌 및 차폐판 표면으로의 기체의 집합에 관련하는 음향현상을 기록되게 하여, 이같은 음향현상의 발생에 의해 결함이 있는 연료집합체를 검출하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료집합체용 음향 및 초음파 검사방법.
