Claims (10)
- 페놀수지로부터 유리페놀을 제거하고 페놀수지를 큐어상태까지 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하여 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트가 증기상 물질에 의해서 손상되기 쉬운 노출부분을 갖고 있는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트부근에서 페놀수지를 큐어하는 방법.
- 가열시, 페놀수지를 가열함으로서 야기되는 증기를 제거하기에 효과적인 양과 방법으로 공기를 페놀수지부근으로 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 1에 의한 방법.
- 큐어하는 방법에 있어 다음 단계를 특징으로 하며, (1) 전기기구가 증기를 흡수받기 쉬운 노출표면과 함께 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 함유하고 상기 기구를 공지의 공간을 갖고 있는 공기침투성 케이스에 위치시키고, (2) 페놀노블락수지로부터 유리페놀을 제거하고, (3) 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 손상시키지 않고 페놀노블락수지를 큐어하기 위해서 페놀노블락수지를 함유하는 기구를 8시간 이상 동안 145℃-180℃의 온도를 가열한다. 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름이 기구에서 절연커패시티(capacity)에서 사용되며 증기상물질에 의한 손상 및 증기흡수되기 쉬운 노출표면을 갖고 있으며, 페놀노블락수지가 증발되기 쉬운 유레페놀을 함유하는 전기기구내에 함유된 페놀노블락수지를 큐어하는 방법.
- 가열단계시, 공기 페놀수지를 가열함으로서 발생되는 증기를 제거하기 위한 유효량과 효과적인 방법에서 기구로 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 3에 의한 방법.
- 증기를 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 살포시키기전에 15초-7분에 걸쳐 케이스 공간부피의 1-3배의 비율로 적어도 한번 공기를 기구로 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 4에 의한 방법.
- 페놀노블락수지가, 케이스 공간에 함유되고 전기기구를 둘러쌓고 있는 충진재입자위에, 얇게 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 3,4 또는 5에 의한 방법
- 케이스에 기구를 위치시킨 후에, (1)케이스와 전기기구 사이의 공간이 전기기구의 상단까지 1차 충진물질입자로 채워지고, (2) 페놀노블락수지로 각각 피복된 깨끗하게 분리되 입자를 함유하는 2차 충진물질입자를 상기 1차 충진재에 붓고 (3) 2차 수지가 피복된 충진재가 상기 1차 충진물질을 통하여 균일하게 분산될 때까지 케이스가 진동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 6에 의한 방법.
- 기구가 4-6시간동안 155℃-175℃에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 3-7중 어느 것에 의한 방법.
- 페놀노블락수지에서의 유리페놀의 총중량이 5%-10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 3-8중 어느 것에 의한 방법.
- 전기기구가 권선도층을 갖고있는 어셈블리를 함유하는 변압기이며, 여기서 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트가 어셈블리층사이에서 절연물로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구범위 3-9중 어느 하나에 의한 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
