Claims (6)

  1. 꼬지지지장치를 연설하여 무단콤베이어를 형성하고, 이 무단콤베이어의 괴적의 제1영역에서 상기 꼬지 지지장치에 미가공꼬지식품을 보전시키고 식품에 가열처리를 한 후 제2영역에서 조미료를 부여하고, 그후 제3영역에서 상기 꼬지지지장치를 해제하여, 꼬지를 락하시키도록 되어 있는 자동꼬지구이장치에 있어서, 상기 제1영역에서 상기 꼬지지지장치와 관련동작을 행하여 여기에 미가공 꼬지식품을 연속적으로 공급하는 자동공급장치를 마련하고 상기 제2영역에서 조미료선택을 행하는 장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동꼬지구이장치.
  2. 1항에 기재된 자동꼬지구이장치에 있어서, 상기 자동공급장치는 복수의 미가공꼬지식품의 꼬지상단부근을 한방향으로 착탈가능하게 지지하는 상부지지판과 꼬지의 하단을 지지하는 옴목부를 가진 하부지지판으로 구성되고, 상기 상하지지판은 상기 콤베이어의 구동장치에 의하여 콤베이어의 이동방향과는 역방향으로 회전구동되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동꼬지구이장치.
  3. 1항 및 2항에 기재된 자동꼬지구이장치에 있어서, 조미료선택장치는 복수의 조미료를 독립적으로 보유하는 실을 갖는 용기로 되어 있고, 상기 복수개의 실중 하나가 선택적으로 상기 제2영역에 배치가능하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동꼬지구이장치.
  4. 3항에 기재된 자동꼬지구이장치에 있어서, 상기 복수개의 실온 각각 뚜껑을 가지며, 이들 뚜껑은 각각 적하하는 조미료의 혼합을 방지함과 동시에 적하조미료가 되돌아가는 홈을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동꼬지구이장치.
  5. 4항에 기재된 자동꼬지구이장치에 있어서, 상기 제3영역에 교환가능한 꼬지식품받이를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동꼬지구이장치.
