Claims (7)

  1. N-(α,α-디 메틸 벤질)-α-브로모-테르트-부틸 아세트 아미드와 일반식
    〔식중, X는 동일하거나 또는 상이한 할로겐원자, R은 수소원자, 저급알콕시기, 에톡시 에톡시 에톡시기 또는 저급 알콕시 카르보닐기, n은 2-3의 정수를 표시함〕로 표시되는 디페닐 에테르계 화합물의 적어도 1종을 함유하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 제초제.
  2. N-(α, α-디메틸벤질)-α-브로모-테르트-부틸아세트아미드와 2,4,6-트리클로로페닐-4′-니트로페닐 에테르와를 1:0.2∼10(중량비)의 비율로 혼합하여서 된 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 제초제.
  3. N-(α, α-디메틸벤질)-α-브로모-테르트-부틸아세트아미드와 2,4-디 클로로페닐-3′-메톡시-4-니트로 페닐 에테르와를 1:0.2∼4(중량비)의 비율로 혼합하여서 된 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 제초제.
  4. N-(α, α-디메틸벤질)-α-브로모-테르트-부틸 아세트아미드와 2,4-디클로로페닐-3′-메톡시카르보닐-4′-니트로 페닐에 테르와를 1:0.2∼5(비중비)의 비율로 혼합하여서 된 특허 청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 제초제.
  5. N-(α, α-디메틸벤질)-α-브로모-테르트-부틸아세트아미드와 2,4-디클로로페닐-4′-니트로페닐에테르와를 1:0.2∼10(중량비)의 비율로 혼합하여서 된 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 제초제.
  6. N-(α,α-디메틸벤질)-α-브로모-테르트-부틸아세트아미드와 일반식
    〔식중, X는 동일하거나 또는 상이한 할로겐원자, R는 수소원자, 저급알콕시기, 에톡시에톡시에톡시기,또는 저급 알콕시 카르보닐기, n는 2∼3의 정수를 표시함〕로 표시되는 디페닐에테르계 화할물의 적어도 1종을 1:0.01∼10(중량비)의 비율로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로하는 제초제의 제법.
  7. 유효성분 화합물이 합계량에 있어서 1∼90중량% 함유되도록 유효성분 화합물에 첨가하고, 적절한 담체물질을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제6항에 기재왼 제초제의 제법.
