Claims (5)

  1. 대지작업기(1)에 승강이 자유롭도록 장비된 대지작업장치(2)의 견인부하검출기(9)에 의한 실질 검출 견인부하값과 부하설정기(10)에 의하여 사전설정된 부하값과의 편차값(a)이 감도 설정기(12)로서 사전 설정된 허용범위(A)내로 유지되도록 전기한 대지작업장치(2)를 자동 승강제어 하도록 구성한 대지작업기의 자동승강장치로서 전기한 편차값(a)이 설정허용범위(A)의 최대허용값(b)외에 있어서 감소하고 있지 않은 것을 검출하는 검출기(23)를 설치하고 이 검출기(23)의 검출작동하는 동안에 있어서만 대지작업장치(2)의 자동상승제어를 행하도록 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 대지작업기의 자동승강장치.
  2. 전기한 검출기(23)는 전기한 편차값(a)이 설정허용범위(A) 외에 있어서 증대하고 있는 것을 검출하도록 구성되며 이것의 검출작동하는 동안에 있어서만 대지작업장치(2)의 자동상승제어를 행하도록 되여있는 특허청구범위 제1항에 기재한 대지작업기의 자동승강장치.
  3. 전기한 검출기(23)는 전기한 편차값(a)이 설정허용범위(A) 외에 있어서 일정한 값을 보전하고 있는 것을 검출하도록 구성되며, 이것의 검출 작동하는 동안에 있어서만 대지작업장치(2)의 자동상승제어를 행하도록 되어있는 특허청구범위 제1항에 기재한 대지작업기의 자동승강장치.
  4. 전기한 편차값(a)이 전기한 설정허용범위(A)의 최소허용값(b´)에 대하여 일정이상으로 증대한 것을 판별하기 위한 기준견인 부하값(Vα)를 설정하는 제2부하 설정기(27), 전기한 편차값(a)이 최소허용값(b´)과 기준견인부하값(Vα)과의 범위내에 있는 경우에는 적은 것으로 판단하여 전기한 기준견인부하값(Vα)이상의 경우에는 큰 것이라고 판단하는 판별기(28), 전기한 편차값(a)이 적은 것으로 판단되였을 때 전기한 대지작업장치(2)는 간헐적으로 하강제어되는 것으로부터 구성되는 특허청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 대지작업기의 자동승강장치.
  5. 전기한 대지작업장치(2)의 승강제어는 전자 밸브의 개폐에 수반하는 실린더(5)의 신축작동에 의하여 행하여지며, 전기한 편차값(a)이 적은 것일 때는 전기한 전자밸브가 높은 주파수의 펄스신호에 의하여 개폐되여 이것으로써 전기한 대지작업장치(2)의 간헐적 하강제어가 행하여지도록 되어있는 특허청구범위 제4항에 기재한 대지작업기의 자동승강장치.
