Description
본원 발명은 수성(水性)잉크 조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an aqueous ink composition.
종래, 만년필, 사인펜, 수성펠트펜, 수성볼펜 등에 사용되고 있는 수성잉크 조성물은(1) 잉크용기 또는 필기구내에서의 장기보존중에 잉크가 증발해서 펜끝이 막혀서 잘 쓰여지지 않거나, 또는 잉크중의 염료가 침전해서 변색이나 농도저하를 일으키기 쉬우며 필기성이 저하한다. (2) 필기구의 덮개를 벗겨서 방치하면 극히 단시간내에 건조해서 잉크통로가 막혀 버려 필기할 수 없게된다. (3) 필기구내 잉크통로에 기포 개재에 의한 잉크불연속 부분이 생기기 쉽고, 원활한 필기를 할 수 없게 된다. (4) 염료농도를 높이면 보존안정성이 저하되기 때문에, 염료농도를 너무 크게 할 수 없는 등, 여러가지의 단점을 지니고 있다. 이와같은 결점을 해소하고자 수성잉크 조성물에 글리클류, 글리세린 등의 다가 알콜, 글리콜에테르류, 글리콜에테르에 스테르류등의 수용성 유기용제를 첨가하거나 또는 상기 용재에 병용해서 염화리튬, 염화칼슘 등의 흡습성(吸性) 무기화합물을 첨가하는 일 등이 제안되고 있지만, 특히 보존안정성, 내건조성 등의 점에서 충분히 만족할만한 것이라고는 도저히 말할 수 없었다.Conventionally, water-based ink compositions used in fountain pens, sine pens, aqueous felt-tip pens, aqueous ball-point pens, etc. (1) ink is evaporated during long-term storage in ink containers or writing instruments, and the pen tip is clogged, or the dye in the ink is deposited.
