Claims (4)

  1. 탱크로부터 송출된 염액과 함께 제1차의 액통로를 유하한 피염색체가 전기한 통로의 상류방향으로 탱크내에서 고속도로 변속가능하게 이송되는 콘베어의 벨트상에 계속 받아서 탈액상태로 함과 동시에 전기한 벨트부근에 있어서 유하액의 대부분은 피 염색체와 분리되어 탱크 저부에 낙하하여 상술의 액 통로에 환류하고, 상기 벨트상의 피 염색체는 짧은 시간안에 상술한 통로 내에서 다시 액류와 함께 순환하는 초저욕비 액류 염색방법 및 장치.
  2. 제1차의 액 통로에서 유하한 피염색체를 탱크내의 콘베어 벨트상에서 액류와 차단하여 사행상으로 이송시킬 때 그 피 염색체의 전 넓이를 향해 상술한 액류로부터 분지되는 염액의 흐름을 탱크내에서 동시적으로 방사하여 상술한 사행상 피 염색체와 염액의 접촉기회를 되풀이 시키는 특허청구범위(1)의 초저욕비 액류 염색방법 및 장치.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 1 및 2항에 있어서 액 통로와 연통한 염색탱크 및 탱크내에서 횡설한 콘베어와 계합하는 투액으로 구성된 벨트와 슈타워가 있고, 전기한 탱크의 경사한 내 저부와 관통하여 상술한 액 통로와 연통하는 파이프 열교환기 및 액류의 순환펌프를 배설함과 동시에 피 염색체를 탑재한 상술한 벨트를 액통로의 상류 방향으로 탱크내를 이송되도록 구성하고, 또 상술한 파이프로부터 분지한 제2의 액 통로(8)를 설하여 탱크내에 붙인 트레(9), (10)를 이러한 통로(8)에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 초저욕비 액류 염색방법 및 장치.
