Claims (3)

  1. 슈도모나스속에 속하는 항생물질 SB-72310생산균을 배지에 배양하고, 배양물중에 항생물질 SB-72310을 생성축적시키고, 이를 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음의 물리화학적 성상을 갖는 항생물질 SB-72310 의 제조 방법.
    (1) 융점 : 110℃이상임.
    (2) 외관 : 백색분말.
    (3) 원소분석치 : (%)
    C 34.40±0.5 H 5.50±0.5 N13.45±0.5 O 38.90±1.0 S 7.75±0.5
    (40℃, 6시간 5산화인 상에서 감압 건조시킨 것.)
    (4) 분자량 : 400±20(적정법에 의함.)
    (5) 비선광도 :[α]34 D+0.5˚±5。(C=0.93, H3O))
    (6) 자외선 흡수 스펙틀:210nm이상으로 특이한 흡수를 나타내지 않음.
    (7) 적외선 흡수 스펙틀: 취화 칼륨정에 의한 흡수 스펙틀의 주된 흡수(파수)는 다음과 같았다.
    1770, 1650, 1530, 1240, 1043.
    (8) 용해성:석유에테르, 헥산, 디에ㅌ리에테르, 벤젠, 초산에틸, 클로로포름에 불용, 에탄올, 피리딘, 아세톤에 난용, 메탄올, 디메틸설폭시드에 가용 물에 잘 녹음.
    (9) 정색반응 니히드린.과망간산칼륨 시약에 양성. 염화젠 2철-페리시안화칼륨 시약 사까구찌 반응. 모릿슈시약에 음성. 에트리히 시약에의 양성.
    (10) 염기성, 산성, 중성의 구별:산성물질.
  2. 배지 중에 슈도모나스 속에 속하는 항생물질 생산균의 자화할 수 있는 유황 화합물을 첨가하여 배양하는 특허 청구의 제1항 기재의 방법.
  3. 유황 화합물이 황산암모늄, 아황산암모늄, 티오황산암모늄, 시스테인, 시스틴, L-티아졸리딘-4-카르본산 히포타우린 또는 글루타티온인 특허청구의 범위 제2항 기재의 방법.
