Claims (1)
- 공구(12)에 고정하여 연결되고 미리 결정된 광로를 따르도록 지시된 점광원(16), 조정자 아암(10)에 고정하여 연결되고 광검출지역 상에서 최소한 3개의 전기적 출력을 갖는 포토센서(14), 전기적 출력들을 조종자 아암(10)에 대한 공구(12)의 상대적 위치의 x축, y축, z축의 각각의 표시신호를 처리하기 위한 처리수단(32, 34, 36), 공구와 조종자아암(12, 10)의 상대적 위치의 3차원 도식적 표시로서 x, y, z축 신호들을 표시하기 위한 표시 수단으로 구성된 광전기 접속 장치에 있어서, 상기 표시 수단에서 z축 신호가 결합된 발진기(28)의 출력을 이상기(30)의 입력에 연결시킴과 동시에 저항기(27C)를 통해 가산기(31a)의 입력에 저항기(27a)를 통한 x축 신호와 함께 연결시키고, 이상기(30)의 출력은 저항기(27d)를통해 가산기(31b)의 입력에 저항기(27f)를 통한 y축 신호와 함께 연결시키며, 가산기(31b)의 출력은 저항기(27d)(27e)를 통한 이상기(30)의 출력과 함께 오실로스코우프의 수직 입력에 연결시키고, 가산기(31a)의 출력은 저항기(27a)(27b)를 통한 x축 신호와 함께 오실로스코우프의 수평입력에 연결시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 광전기 접속장치.
