본 고안은 온수로가 형성된 온돌패널에 관한 것으로 종래, 재래식 연열온돌은 암석으로 된 온돌판과 흙층을 연기열로 데워야 함으로 두꺼운 온돌층에서 대부분의 열이 소모되고 직접적으로 화기가 미치는 부분만 따뜻할 정도로 열의 손실이 큰 결점이 있었으며 철재 배관식 온수온돌에 있어서는 자갈과 모래를 두껍게 깔고 철재파이프를 배관한 다음 시멘트콘크리트로 미장하여 방바닥면을 이루게 되므로 보일러에서 보내진 열은 우선 저변층에서 빼앗기며 일정 시간이 지나야 방내부에까지 온기가 미치게 되며 저변층으로 소모되는 열이 계속되므로 열은 손실이 매우 클뿐만 아니라 철관내에 녹이 끼어 해마다 열전도율이 현저하게 낮아지고 5년정도 지나면 완전히 기능이 마비되어 방바닥을 뜯어내고 새로 설치해야 함으로 신축때보다 더 큰 경제적 부담을 주게 되는 것이다.The present invention relates to an ondol panel in which a hot water furnace is formed.
