본 고안은 원형직기를 구성함에 있어서 본원출원인이 선출원하여 등록(실용신안등록 제17219호, 공고번호 제79-1748호 원형직기의 직조장치) 받은 직조장치에서 바디에 유삽되도록 수개의 로울러가 유설된 통상의 북을 경사면이 형성된 상하 바디에 유삽하되 가이드에도 일정한 간격으로 로울러를 환설하여 북이 회전시 이탈됨이 없이 보다 원활하게 바디에서 회전되게 하고 경사가 유출되는 북의 안내간에는 탄압대를 돌설하여 고정 기틀의 사이즈 링에서 직조되는 위 경사중 위사를 탄압시켜서 직포의 조직이 조밀하게 직조되게 한 고안에 관한 것이다.In the present invention, in the construction of a circular loom, several rollers are installed to be inserted into a body in a weaving device that has been filed by an applicant of the present application and registered (utility model registration No. 117219, notice number 79-1748, loom of a circular loom). 종래 사용되어온 직조 장치는 위경사가 직조될때 실을 연장하는 탄압장치가 없으므로 직포의 조직이 조밀하게 직조되지 못하는 결점이 있었으며 북에 직접 로울러를 설치하지 않고 바디나 가이드에 설치된 로울러 사이로 북이 유삽되어 회전되기 때문에 북의 상하부로 궤도를 설치해야만하는 불편과 회전상태가 원활치 못한 결점이 있었고, 수평으로 환설된 상하 레일내에서 북의 후면에 설치된 상하 로울러가 접면되면서 북이 회전되는 것이 있었으나 이는 북이 회전 또는 정지시에 상하 레일이 수평으로 되어 있어 북이 이탈되어 있어 북이 이탈됨을 방지하기 위하여 북의 전면에 지지로울러를 축설하여야 하였고 그때문에 위사의 진입상태가 불량하고 진입되는 위사가 수시로 지지로울러에 걸려 끊어지는 등의 결점이 있었다.The weaving device used in the prior art has a drawback that the tissue of the woven fabric cannot be densely woven because there is no suppression device for extending the thread when the weft yarn is woven, and the drum is inserted between the rollers installed on the body or the guide without installing the roller directly on the drum.
