[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a static electricity removal device for a loom, and its purpose is to eliminate the static electricity generated in the warp threads during the operation of the loom, thereby reducing the amount of fluff that was unavoidable in the past. The purpose is to effectively eliminate troubles caused by adhesion to warp threads.

As is well known, in a loom, weaving is carried out by inserting weft threads between the warp threads opened for each pick by belt motion, and beating the inserted weft threads in the direction of the weaving front with a reed. In this case, for example, if a filament yarn is used for the warp and a spun yarn is used for the weft, the fluff from the spun will be attracted to the static electricity generated in the warp, causing problems such as poor opening of the warp and warp breakage, resulting in production. This had an unfavorable effect on performance and quality control.

The present invention was developed to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of conventional looms, and it electrically neutralizes and eliminates the static electricity generated in the warp groups, and also eliminates fluff by the wind induced by the node operation. It will scatter.

That is, to explain the present invention based on the illustrated embodiment, belts la and lb are installed on the machine and separate the warp group A into upper and lower openings, and each time the weft is inserted, it is C
A static eliminating member 3 containing conductive fibers is installed at a predetermined position between the threads 2 and the threads 2 that cause beating in the direction so that when the warp group A is separated, it can come into contact with the floating side warp group Au in a crossing shape. In addition, the present invention relates to a static electricity removing device for a loom, characterized in that the static electricity generated in the warp thread group A is neutralized by grounding the static electricity removing member 3.

Therefore, even if the warp yarn group is charged with static electricity due to friction with various parts during operation, the loom to which the present invention is applied can
When the warp threads are divided into openings and floated up by the belt movement, the static electricity eliminating member comes into contact with them and immediately neutralizes the static electricity, eliminating the possibility of air fluff adhering to the warp threads, or causing them to stick to the warp threads.
