본 고안은 변압기에 있어서 권선된 코일을 용이하게 절연 몰딩할 수 있고, 생산시의 작업이 용이하도록 한 변압기용 케이스에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a case for a transformer that can easily insulate the wound coil in a transformer and facilitate the work in production.

종래에는 변압기용 케이스가 없었다. 따라서 권선된 코일 외곽을 절연물질로 몰딩하기 위하여서는 외부금형을 형성하여 권선된 코일을 일일이 쎈터가 맞도록 금형에 고착한 후 몰딩하여야 하는 결점이 있고, 불량률이 높은 결점을 지니고 있다. 즉, 코일의 쎈터를 잘못 맞추면 코일외곽에 형성되는 절연층의 두께가 일정치 못하여 고압에서 요구되는 절연의 효과를 상실하게 되며, 따라서 불량으로 처리되고 재료의 손실은 물론 작업시간의 낭비를 가져오게되며, 몰딩시에 하나하나가 몰딩상으로 굳어질 때까지 금형에 남겨두어야하므로 작업시간이 길어지고 이 또한 원가상승의 요인으로 작용하는 등의 결점이 있었다.In the prior art, there was no transformer case.
