본 고안은 정밀 선반의 주축 축수장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a spindle bearing device of a precision lathe.

종래의 소형선반기, 탁상용선반기등의 정밀선반기에는 주로 동(銅) 또는 주물등의 축수(Planemetar)를 장착한 것이 많았고 간혹볼 베어링을 장착한것도 있으나 전자는 마찰에 의한 발열 때문에 주축의 회전수를 올릴수가 없어(최고 1,500-1,700RPM 정도) 정밀도 면에서 성능이 저하되고 또는 가공생산률이 비능률적인 문제점이 있었으며 후자는 회전수는 올릴수 있으나 축수 정밀도가 떨어지기 때문에 정밀가공면에서 결점이 있었으므로 본 고안은 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 각기성능이 다른 축수(Planemetar)와 볼베어링을 조합하되 축방향으로 조일수 있는 체결(締結)링에 의한 조임 조절로서 볼 베어링 내외륜을 조이게하여 축수부위의 간극을 적게하므로서 고속(5,000 RPM)고 하중, 고정밀도를 기할수 있는 정밀 선반주축 축수장치를 고안한 것인바 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In conventional lathes such as small lathes and table lathes, many lathes are mainly equipped with bearings such as copper or castings, and sometimes with ball bearings.
