Description
본 발명은 수채화용 분말물감 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 종래의 수채화용 물감은 제조시 각종 재료를 일단물과 혼합한것을 액상 또는 크림상의 것과 고체의 것으로 제조하여 왔는데 액상이나 크림상으로 된것은 보관시 고화현상, 부패현상, 동결현상이 생겨 이를 방지하기 위하여 고화방지제로 습윤제인 그리세린을, 방부제로, 호루마린을 동결방지제로 부동액을 첨가 제조하였으므로 그 제조공정이 복잡하고 소요되는 원료가 많아 고가이었고 고체상으로 된것은 사용시 물에 잘풀어지하게 하기 위하여 물과 그리세린을 첨가해 어느정도의 습기를 내포하게 하여야 하였다.The present invention relates to a method for producing watercolor paints. 이와같이 된 분말 접착에 안료 및 분산제(예 : 디 알킬설포 호박산 나토륨) 분말을 혼합하여 수채화용 분말 물감을 제조한다. 이와같이된 수채화용 분말 물감은 습윤제나 고화방지제, 부동액등을 넣지않고 간단한 원료로서 조제가 간편하고 염가이며 수송 및 보관등이 편리할뿐 아니라 사용시에는 본 분말 물감에섞 여있는 탄산칼슘과 분산제에 의하여 은폐력과 분산성이 우수하고 물에 잘 용해하므로 사용이 편리하면서도 그 효과는 매우 우수한 것이라고 하겠다. 즉 본 수채화 물감은 상기한 바와같이 습윤제나 방부제 부동액이 필요없으며 따라서 이들 물질을 물과 혼합하기 위한 제조시설이 필요없이 간단한 공정에 의하여 제조됨으로 제조원가의 절감은 물론 단시간에 대량 생산이 가능하고, 포장 및 취급, 수송, 보관 등이 모두 액상이나 고상 물감보다 간편하고 편리하며 아울러 색상의 다양화를 위한 배합도 훨씬 용이한 잇점이 있다고 하겠다.Powder pigments for watercolors are prepared by mixing pigments and dispersants (e.g., dialkylsulfo succinate natorium) powder with the powder adhesion.
