An appts. for dispensing of polyol and polyisocyanate to reaction vessels where the foaming and polymn. require temps. above room temp. was devised to heat the reactants in the feed lines. As the reactants are heated by electricity in the feed lines, heating in the reaction vessels is not required. The controlled heating lowered the viscosity and facilitated mixing prior to foaming.
