내부 각면에 세라믹이 부착되고 용융부에서 용융된 폐수지용액을 공급관 단부에 장착된 노즐로 분사시켜 열공급수단에 의해 300~500℃에서 C5~C12의 오일을 포함하는 유증기로 변환하는 유증부;
상기 유증부에서 변환된 유증기가 배출되기 위한 메인배출부;
상기 메인배출부를 통해 배출되는 물질에서 물을 분리시키기 위한 유수분리부;
상기 유수분리부에 의해 물이 분리된 오일을 냉각시켜 포집하기 위한 냉각포집부; 및

상기 용융부에 회전가능하게 구비되는 교반축;
상기 교반축의 외주면을 따라 복수 구비되는 교반날개; 및
상기 교반축을 회전시키기 위한 교반구동부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생유를 생산할 수 있는 열분해장치.
