Claims (20)
- 판토테네이트 키나제(pantothenate kinase, panK)를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현을 증가시키는 유전적 변형(genetic modification), 및 아세틸-CoA 신테타제(acetyl-coenzyme A synthetase, acs)를 코딩하는 유전자의 발현을 증가시키는 유전적 변형 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 아디프산을 생산하는 재조합 미생물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 락테이트 데히드로게나제 A(Lactate dehydrogenase A, ldhA) 유전자, 아세틸-CoA 아세틸트란스퍼라제(Acetyl-CoA acetyltransferase, atoB) 유전자, 알데히드-알콜 데히드로게나제(aldehyde-alcohol dehydrogenase, adhE), 숙시네이트-CoA 리가제 [ADP-형성] 서브유니트 알파(Succinate-CoA ligase [ADP-forming] subunit alpha, sucD) 유전자, 또는 이들의 조합의 발현을 감소시키는 유전적 변형 및 숙시닐-CoA: 코엔자임 A 트란스퍼라제(Succinyl-CoA:coenzyme A transferase, cat1) 유전자의 발현을 증가시키는 유전적 변형 중 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것인 재조합 미생물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 아세틸-CoA와 숙시닐-CoA로부터 아디프산을 합성하는 생합성 경로를 포함하는 것인 재조합 미생물.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 생합성 경로는 외래 생합성 경로인 것인 재조합 미생물.

트란스-2-에노일-CoA 리덕타제(trans-2-enoyl-CoA reductase)를 코딩하는 유전자는 Treponema denticolar 유래 tdTer 유전자이고,
