PASI는 ‘건선 중증도 지수’의 약자로 건선 병변의 침범 면적(BSA)과 병변의 중증도를 결합시킨 일종의 복합지수이다. 건선의 3가지 특징인 병변의 Erythema(피부발적), Scaling(피부각질화), 두께(Ear thickness)의 분포 범위를 계산하여 건선 침범 부위의 심각성 정도를 측정하는 지표로 치료제의 효능을 평가하는 데 사용된다(하기 표 2 참고).PASI stands for ‘Psoriasis Severity Index’ and is a type of composite index that combines the psoriasis lesion involvement area (BSA) and the severity of the lesion.
