<모공 수축 효과 실험><Pore shrinkage effect experiment>
피부를 대신할 단백질로서 알부민을 사용하여 모공수축 기능에 관해 시험하였다. 구체적으로는 0.3% 알부민을 0.05M 구연산 버퍼(pH 4.5)에 용해한 후, 0.3% 알부민 2mL에 각각의 농도 시료 1mL을 가하였다. 5분 동안 교반 후, 650nm에서 UV Visible spectrum으로 흡광도를 측정하였다. 대조군으로 시료 대신 시료 용매를 1mL 가하였다. 블랭크는 헤모글로빈 용액 대신 0.05M 구연산 버퍼 2mL을 넣었다. 그 측정 결과를 하기 표에 나타내었으며, 흡광도의 값이 높을수록 모공수축 기능이 우수하다는 것을 나타내는 것이다. 이때, 상기 시료는 5%의 농도로 희석하여 사용하였으며, 용매로는 물을 사용하였다.Albumin was used as a protein to replace skin and tested for pore contraction function. At this time, the sample was diluted to a concentration of 5% and water was used as a solvent.
