도 2a는 PP/CA-젖산 분리막의 PP 측 표면 SEM 측정사진, 도 2b는 도 2a의 원의 확대도, 도 2c는 PP/CA-젖산 필름의 CA 측 표면의 SEM 측정 사진, 도 2d는 도 2c 원의 확대도, 도 2e는 PP/CA-젖산 분리막의 단면 SEM 측정사진이다.
도 3a 내지 3c는 본 발명의 분리막과 비교예의 분리막에 대한 FT-IR 실험 결과이다.
도 4a는 neat PP 필름, 4b는 PP/CA-글리세린 분리막의 PP측의 SEM 측정 사진이다.

Claims (8)
- 2중층 구조의 PP 필름과 CA 필름을 포함하는 분리막(separator)의 제조 방법으로서,
다공성 PP 필름을 준비하는 단계;
상기 다공성 PP 필름 위에 CA 및 가소제를 포함하는 혼합 용액을 1회 이상 코팅 및 건조하여 PP/CA 분리막을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 PP/CA 분리막에 수압을 가하여 PP 필름층과 CA 필름층을 관통하는 기공 채널을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 PP/CA 분리막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 가소제는 글리세린, 젖산, CaO, 글리콜산, NaCl, NaNO3 및 프로필렌글리콜 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 PP/CA 분리막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 CA 및 가소제의 혼합 용액은 CA : 가소제 = 1 : 0.001 ~ 0.3 몰비로 혼합된 용액인, PP/CA 분리막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 용매는 2종 이상의 혼합 용매인, PP/CA 분리막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 수압처리는 PP층에서 CA 층의 방향으로 수압을 가하는, PP/CA 분리막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에서, 상기 수압은 2 bar ~ 20 bar인, PP/CA 분리막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 한의 분리막을 적용한 전지.
- 제7항에서, 상기 전지는 MFC인 전지.
