본 발명에 따른 풋귤 과피 추출물의 헤스페리딘 함량을 측정하기 위해 HPLC 분석을 실시하였다. 분석시료의 성분을 특정/정량하기 위해 헤스페리딘 표준물질을 제조하고, 측정 샘플로 실시예 1, 비교예 1 및 비교예 2를 사용하였다. 샘플 및 표준물질을 0.45μm syringe filter(Sartorius, Germany)로 여과하였고, Waters 1525 HPLC(Waters, milford, MA, USA) 시스템을 사용하여 측정하였다.HPLC analysis was performed to measure the hesperidin content of the peel extract of green tangerine according to the present invention. In order to specify/quantify the components of the analysis sample, hesperidin standards were prepared, and Example 1, Comparative Example 1, and Comparative Example 2 were used as measurement samples.
