Description
The present invention relates to a lighting device.
In general, lighting devices are configured to include various types of light sources such as fluorescent lights, incandescent lights, and LEDs. Among these lighting devices, a desk lamp is widely used in offices or homes to brightly illuminate a certain space. A lighting device in the form of a desk lamp may have a rotational structure so that a user can adjust a projection direction.
For example, a desk lamp is provided with a joint structure so that the user can rotate the LED portion at a desired angle. For example, Korean Patent Registration 10-2053341 (prior art 1) discloses a lighting device capable of 3-dimensional rotation, and Korean Patent Registration 10-2244486 (prior art 2) discloses a lighting device capable of lifting and moving the lighting unit left and right. is disclosed.
These prior arts have limitations in changing the shape of the lighting device, and also have disadvantages in that the range in which light is irradiated by the lighting is narrow because the length adjustment range of the lighting unit is short. In addition, even if the length is adjusted by moving the lighting unit, deflection occurs in the cantilever-shaped lighting unit, which spoils the aesthetics, and it is difficult to implement an accurate irradiation angle. In addition, there is also inconvenience that the user must manually adjust the angle or length of the lighting unit.
On the other hand, Chinese Patent Publication CN110067955A (prior art 3) discloses a lighting device that is lifted by a motor. Although the

The lighting device according to the present invention as described above has the following effects.
In the present invention, the lighting device may include a first rotation unit and a second rotation unit, and the first rotation unit and the second rotation unit may independently rotate about two rotation shafts extending in different directions. Accordingly, the lighting device can be transformed into various shapes, and through this, there is an effect of implementing various angles and ranges capable of irradiating light.
In addition, the first rotation unit and the second rotation unit can implement various shapes while being automatically rotated by the driving assembly. Therefore, the user can conveniently change the shape of the lighting device using a button or a remote controller of the lighting device without the need to manually rotate the lighting device, and the convenience of use can be improved.
And, in the present invention, drive assemblies for rotating the first rotation unit and the second rotation unit may be embedded in the first rotation unit and the second rotation unit of the support unit and the lighting module. Accordingly, even if the driving assembly including the motor is installed, the overall size of the lighting device may not be increased and the aesthetics of the lighting device may not be impaired.
In particular, in the present invention, since the drive assembly is built into the first rotation unit and the second rotation unit, the distance for transmitting the rotational force of the motor is shortened, and the driving efficiency of the motor can be increased.
In addition, in the present invention, the first driving assembly and the second driving assembly may be disposed along the longitudinal direction of the first rotation unit and the second rotation unit, respectively. Therefore, even if the first and second driving assemblies are incorporated, the thickness of the lighting device can be minimized and aesthetics of the lighting device can be enhanced.
And, in the present invention, a bearing may be provided between the first rotation unit and the support. The bearing is composed of a pair of bearing bodies and may be combined with the first rotation unit in a state assembled to the support. At this time, the rotation connecting portion of the first rotating unit may be connected to the support while surrounding the bearing. Therefore, the rotation of the first rotation unit is smoothly performed through the bearing, and at the same time, the bearing is covered by the first rotation unit and may not be exposed to the outside.
In addition, the first driven gear and the second driven gear respectively built into the first rotating unit and the second rotating unit of the present invention may have a penetrating shape. A cable may pass through the through portion, and the cable may supply power to the first motor, the second motor, and the lighting unit. Therefore, power and signals can be supplied to each component without exposing cables.
And, in the present invention, the second motor constituting the second driving assembly is disposed inside the first rotation unit and may be disposed in an inclined direction along the first rotation unit. At this time, the second motor may transfer the rotational force of the second motor to the second rotation unit while changing the rotation direction by being engaged with the second driven gear. Accordingly, the second driving assembly can change the rotation direction of the second rotation unit without increasing the thickness or length of the first rotation unit.
In addition, in the present invention, the second driving assembly may be disposed between the first rotation unit and the second rotation unit, and may be shielded by the rotation frame of the first rotation unit and the light cover of the second rotation unit. That is, the second drive assembly can be naturally shielded without adding a separate part.
And, in the present invention, the first rotation unit may be provided with a first stopper-first stopping protrusion, and the second rotation unit may be provided with a second stopper-second stopping protrusion. The first stopper and the second stopper may limit rotation angles of the first rotation unit and the second rotation unit, respectively, and prevent excessive rotation of the lighting module.
In this case, detection sensors may be disposed at the first stopper and the second stopper, respectively, and the detection sensor may detect a rotation angle of the lighting module. Therefore, the rotation angle of the lighting module can be finely adjusted, and the rotation speed of the lighting module can be controlled through a plurality of detection sensors. Therefore, the usability of the lighting device can be improved.
And, in the present invention, the second rotation unit in which the lighting unit is disposed may have a curved shape. At this time, based on the extension line of the second rotation shaft, which is the center of rotation of the second rotation unit, a lighting unit may be disposed on one side, and a part other than the lighting unit may be disposed on the opposite side. The lighting unit may be heavy due to the built-in parts, and since the parts other than the lighting unit are disposed on the opposite side of the second rotation axis, which is a support point, it is possible to reduce the weight being shifted to one side (towards the end of the lighting unit). Through this, it is possible to balance the weight of the lighting module as a whole, thereby preventing a point on the side of the lighting unit and stably driving the lighting module.

Specifically, the midpoints of the two extension lines L1 and L2 connecting the both ends of the
Reference numeral L3 denotes an extension line connecting the center of the
In this embodiment, the center of gravity (Ca) of the lighting device may be formed equal to or closer to the
And, in this embodiment, the
In addition, the
In FIG. 5 , when the extension line L6 of the rotation axis of the first rotation unit S1 and the extension line L5 of the second rotation axis of the second rotation unit S2 cross each other, it is referred to as a third intersection point K3. , The
The lighting device of this embodiment can be divided into the following based on the third intersection point K3. A part of the lighting apparatus disposed in the first quadrant is referred to as T1, a part disposed in the second quadrant is referred to as T2, and a part of the lighting apparatus disposed in the third quadrant is referred to as T3. , The part of the
At this time, it is preferable to satisfy the following conditions in order to balance the weights of both sides based on the center of rotation of the
In addition, it is preferable that the weight of T1 disposed on the right side and the weight of T2 + T4 disposed on the left side are the same based on the extension line L5 of the second rotation axis. In this case, T1, T2, and T4, which are parts having the second rotational axis as a support point, can be balanced with each other. At this time, since T3 is not supported by the second rotational shaft but directly supported by the first rotational shaft, it may fall out of the equilibrium condition. At this time, it is preferable that T<1.3*(T2+T4) in order to prevent sagging and stable driving of the lighting body R1.
Referring to FIG. 6 , FIG. 6 shows a state in which the lighting device is normally supported on the ground, a state in which it is tilted forward, and a state in which it is tilted backward. First, referring to FIG. 6 (a), based on the center of gravity Ca, it is preferable that the weight of the lower part of the lighting device is twice or more than that of the upper part. In addition, based on the center of gravity (Ca), the weight of the upper part of the lighting device is the weight of the left side (the square part on the left side in the drawing) based on the extension line (L5) of the second rotation axis, the weight on the right side (the right side in the drawing It is preferably 3 times or more than the square portion of). More precisely, a part of the
At this time, looking at FIG. 6(b), it can be seen that the lighting device is tilted forward by a predetermined angle from the ground. At this time, since the

In addition, the
