건물의 출입구에 설치되는 문틀 프레임과, 상기 문틀 프레임에 개폐가능하게 설치되는 여닫이 도어의 가장자리를 지지하는 도어 프레임을 구비하는 여닫이 도어의 단열장치에 있어서,
상기 도어 프레임을 좌우 대칭되게 좌측 도어프레임과 우측 도어프레임으로 형성하고, 상기 좌측 및 우측 도어프레임에 양단이 연결되는 하부프레임을 구비하되,
상기 좌측 및 우측 도어프레임은 상기 여닫이 도어의 닫힘모드시 하강되어 외부공기 또는 실내공기 출입을 차단하고, 상기 여닫이 도어의 열림모드시 상승되어 상기 여닫이 도어를 용이하게 개폐시키기 위한 단열용 패킹을 구비하며,
상기 하부프레임에 형성되고, 상기 여닫이 도어의 개폐시 연동되어 상기 단열용 패킹을 승강시키기 위한 승강수단;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여닫이 도어의 링크 구동에 의해 개폐되는 단열장치.
