It is a decorative sheet that allows various patterns to be expressed on the surface of a wall or any decorative object. Typically, there are wallpapers with various patterns in the case of wall decoration. Something is known. On the other hand, it is known that such a decorative sheet has a glitter layer so that the decorative pattern on the surface can show a glittering effect that reflects light. Such a glitter layer is formed by applying glitter powder particles to the film base layer, and the pattern printed on the film base layer can obtain an enhanced decorative effect due to the glitter effect of the glitter powder particles, but the pattern printed on the film base layer is glittery. There is a drawback that it is not clearly expressed to the outside because it is covered by powder particles. In the case of decorative sheets using glitter, most of them have a problem in that the effect of the decorative pattern to be expressed is lowered, although the glitter effect can be expected.

Figure 1a is an exemplary cross-sectional view of the configuration of a decorative sheet according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The decorative sheet of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1A can be used as wallpaper or decorative paper for decorating the surface of any decorative object, for example. In the decorative sheet according to the first embodiment of the present invention, a transparent PET (polyethylene terephthalate) film 10 is provided as a sheet supporting base material to maintain the layered structure of the decorative sheet. Typically, such a PET film 10 is a transparent film and has a thickness of about 100 to 75 μm. As will be described later in detail, the polyurethane layer 12 and the glitter layer 14, which are the sheet substrates of the actual decorative sheet, are sequentially coated on the PET film 10, which is a sheet support base material.

Before the polyurethane layer 12 and the glitter layer 14 are coated, the release layer 16 is coated on the PET film 10, followed by the adhesive layer 18. As is well known, the release layer 16 is intended to be easily separated from the PET film 10 when the sheet base material composed of the polyurethane layer 12 and the glitter layer 14 is actually used, and the adhesive The layer 18 is for allowing the sheet base of the decorative sheet to be adhered to a wall surface or a decorative surface. Since these release layer 16 and adhesive layer 18 are widely known in general sheet paper, their components or compositions will not be described in detail.

The polyurethane layer 12 constituting the sheet base of the decorative sheet is a polyurethane layer that is transparent and has luster. The polyurethane (PU) contains solvents such as DMF (dimethylformamide), MEK (methyl ethyl ketone) and TO (toluene). ) is mixed.

The glitter layer 14 coated on the polyurethane layer 12 constitutes a decorative layer capable of substantially expressing a decorative pattern while showing a glittering effect.

The glitter layer 14 constituting the decorative layer showing the glitter effect is composed of a mixture of polyurethane and glitter powder particles as main components. manufactured to make it possible. To this end, the glitter powder particles first use an aluminum-coated PET film with a thickness of 18 to 25 μm as a starting material, and a thermosetting resin, DAP (diaryl phthalate resin, diallyl phthalate prepolymer; trade name: DAISO DAP) and nitro cellulose) is coated on both sides of the aluminized PET film. In this way, the mixture of DAP and superimposed cotton is pulverized to obtain glitter powder particles by pulverizing the aluminum-coated PET film coated on both sides. A glitter layer 14 in which these glitter powder particles are mixed with polyurethane is coated on the polyurethane layer 12.

The glitter powder particles constituting the glitter layer 14 are coated with DAP, which is a thermosetting resin, so that the coloring of the sublimation ink is easily performed in the process of sublimation transfer for sublimation printing of decorative patterns to form a printing layer, which constitutes a printing layer. It enables the implementation of the pattern. In order to help the understanding of the sublimation transfer printing layer, it is shown and expressed as a printing layer 20 in the drawings.

1B is an exemplary cross-sectional view showing the configuration of a modified example of the first embodiment according to the present invention in cross section. The modified example shown in FIG. 1B is the same as the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1A except that the hot melt layer 180 is applied instead of the adhesive layer 18 in the first embodiment. The decorative sheet shown in the modified example of the first embodiment having the hot melt layer 180 instead of the adhesive layer 18 of the first embodiment is computer-cut according to the decorative pattern expressed, and then heated and pressed to be attached to clothes or hats. do.

In the modified example of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1B, except for the hot melt layer 180, the configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, so the same reference numerals are attached to the same components.
