Claims (13)
- 복수의 배터리 셀들;
상기 복수의 배터리 셀들이 수납되는 케이스;
상기 케이스에 결합되는 커버;
상기 복수의 배터리 셀들을 냉각시키도록 상기 케이스와 상기 커버 사이에 배치되는 냉각 파이프; 및
상기 냉각 파이프를 지지하며, 상기 냉각 파이프의 형상에 대응되게 가변적으로 마련되는 지지구조를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커버에는 복수의 수용홈들이 형성되며,
상기 지지구조는 상기 복수의 수용홈들에 각각 결합되도록 돌출부가 형성된 복수의 지지블록들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 수용홈들은 미리 설정된 형상으로 배열되고,
상기 복수의 지지블록들은 상기 복수의 수용홈들의 적어도 일부에 결합되어 유로 패스를 형성하며,
상기 냉각 파이프는 상기 유로 패스에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 파이프가 상기 유로 패스에 삽입되면 상기 복수의 지지블록들이 상기 냉각 파이프에 접촉되어 상기 냉각 파이프를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 수용홈들에 결합되는 상기 복수의 지지블록들의 개수와 위치에 따라 상기 유로 패스는 가변적으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 복수의 배터리 셀들;
상기 복수의 배터리 셀들이 수납되는 케이스;
상기 케이스에 결합되는 전장부재;
상기 전장부재를 냉각시키도록 상기 전장부재에 배치되는 냉각 파이프; 및
상기 냉각 파이프를 지지하며, 상기 냉각 파이프의 형상에 대응되도록 가변적인 지지구조를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 전장부재는,
전장품이 수납되는 전장케이스; 및
상기 전장케이스에 결합되는 전장커버를 포함하며,
상기 냉각 파이프는 상기 전장품을 냉각시키도록 상기 전장케이스와 상기 전장커버 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 전장커버에는 복수의 수용홈들이 형성되며,
상기 지지구조는 상기 복수의 수용홈들에 각각 결합되도록 돌출부가 형성된 복수의 지지블록들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 수용홈들은 미리 설정된 형상으로 배열되고,
상기 복수의 지지블록들은 상기 복수의 수용홈들의 적어도 일부에 결합되어 유로 패스를 형성하며,
상기 냉각 파이프는 상기 유로 패스에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 파이프가 상기 유로 패스에 삽입되면 상기 복수의 지지블록들이 상기 냉각 파이프에 접촉되어 상기 냉각 파이프를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 수용홈들에 결합되는 상기 복수의 지지블록들의 개수와 위치에 따라 상기 유로 패스는 가변적으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 배터리 팩.
