Abstract

Disclosed are pants provided with an anti-wrinkle portion in an area corresponding to a region where both thighs of a wearer come into contact. The anti-wrinkle portion is formed by folding a seam extending in the vertical direction along the vertical seam on the inner surface of a fabric multiple times in the horizontal direction. Accordingly, wrinkles are not generated on the inner part of the thighs when the wearer is wearing the pants.

Description

Pants with Wrinkle-free Portion}

The present invention relates to trousers provided with an anti-wrinkle part, and more particularly, to trousers capable of preventing wrinkles from forming on the inner thigh while the wearer is wearing it.

While walking and running while wearing shorts, a phenomenon occurs where the fabric of the trousers is rolled upwards toward the inner thighs, that is, the groin. Figure 1 shows a state wearing pants, Figure 2 shows a state in which the pants are rolled up in the state of Figure 1. This phenomenon occurs more often in people with thick thighs or in obese people, and in women who wear tighter pants than men. In the state shown in FIG. 2 , the wearer's thighs are exposed to the outside, giving the wearer shame and discomfort. Furthermore, the wearer's inner thighs are rubbed against each other, causing damage to the skin.

In order to solve this problem, US6076193, US7640602, US7861324, etc. have proposed a structure for preventing the pants from rolling up. The above US patents propose a method of adding a separate anti-wrinkle auxiliary to the inner surface of the wearer's pants. When the wearer attaches the anti-wrinkle aid to the fabric portion corresponding to both thighs, the phenomenon that the inner portion of both thighs of the fabric is wrinkled upward is prevented.

However, this method has a disadvantage in that it is cumbersome because the wearer has to perform a separate repair or ironing operation. In addition, depending on the fabric, there is a problem in that the auxiliary material is not attached well or comes off while being used or washed several times after being attached.

The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method of preventing the phenomenon of being rolled up while worn by preventing wrinkles from occurring in the inner thigh portion while the pants are worn. .

Another object of the present invention is to enable the wearer to not have to do a separate operation after purchasing the pants to implement the pants to prevent such curling, and to ensure that the state of preventing curling can be continuously maintained even during the use of the pants. .

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is a pants provided with an anti-wrinkle part in a region corresponding to the area where both thighs of the wearer abut, wherein the anti-wrinkle part extends in the vertical direction along the vertical seam from the inner surface of the cloth. The anti-wrinkle part is sewn to the inner surface of the cloth and fixed, or the seam seam is sewn in a folded state so that the folded state is fixed.

According to the present invention, wrinkles do not occur in the inner thigh portion while wearing pants. In addition, there is an advantage that there is no need to do a separate operation after purchasing the pants for the configuration for preventing wrinkles.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. In the following description and drawings, the same reference numerals are used for similar components in each embodiment or each modified example for convenience of illustration and description.

Figure 3 is a front view of the pants according to the present invention. Although shorts are illustrated in FIG. 3 , the present invention is also applicable to long pants.

The pants of the present invention are characterized in that the anti-wrinkle portion (W) is provided in the region corresponding to the portion where both thighs of the wearer abut. The anti-wrinkle part (W) functions to prevent the pants from being wrinkled and folded upward while wearing the pants by adding rigidity in the vertical direction of the pants. The anti-wrinkle portion (W) is preferably provided on the inner side of the fabric of the pants.

The anti-wrinkle portion (W) has a predetermined length (d). This length d is, for example, set to a length in which the anti-wrinkle portion W is arranged from a position slightly higher than the lower end of the trousers to a position slightly lower than the upper end corresponding to the groin point M of the trousers. When the anti-wrinkle portion (W) is arranged to reach the lower end of the pants, the anti-wrinkle portion (W) is exposed to the outside in a situation in which the lower end of the trousers is turned upside down and folded, which may not look good. When the anti-wrinkle portion (W) is arranged to reach the groin point (M), the wearer may feel uncomfortable in wearing due to the thickened anti-wrinkle portion (W) in the groin portion.

FIG. 14 is a view showing a modified example of FIG. 12 , and is a view similar to FIG. 11 . In this modified example, one of the two second seam allowances C2 is formed to have a normal width and the other is formed to have a width several times wider than this, so that one second seam allowance C2 is rolled up in a circle. FIG. 15 is a view showing another modified example of FIG. 12 , and FIG. 16 is a view showing the shim of FIG. 15 . In this modified example, the anti-wrinkle part (W) is provided with a shim (L) extending in the vertical direction at its central portion. FIG. 17 is a view showing a third embodiment of the present invention, and is a view similar to FIG. 5 . In this embodiment, a separate reinforcing material (Z) is added to the upper surface of the second seam allowance (C2), and the reinforcing material (Z) is folded together with the second seam allowance (C2) to form the anti-wrinkle portion (W). The reinforcing material Z is padded or attached to the second seam allowance C2, and serves to increase the rigidity of the second seam allowance C2.

The reinforcing material Z may be padded on the lower surface of the second seam allowance C2 or may be padded on both the upper surface and the lower surface. In FIG. 17 , the reinforcing material Z is shown to have a slightly smaller area than the entire area of the second seam allowance C2, but the reinforcing material Z is formed to have the same shape as the second seam allowance C2 and is formed in the same area. Alternatively, it may be formed to be larger than the second seam allowance C2. In addition, the reinforcing material Z may be formed to be smaller in some areas and larger than the second seam allowance C2 in some areas.

As an example, the reinforcing material Z may be formed of the same or similar fabric to the second seam allowance C2. In this case, the reinforcing material (Z) is fixed to the second seam allowance (C2) by stitching in the state as shown in FIG. 17, or folded so that the second seam allowance (C2) becomes the anti-wrinkle portion (W) of various shapes as described above. As another example, the reinforcing material Z may be composed of a paint applied to the second seam allowance C2. As a predetermined paint is applied to the second seam allowance C2, the strength of the second seam allowance C2 is reinforced. As an example of the paint, a pigment such as paint or silicone may be used. As another example, the reinforcing material Z may be made of rubber.
