Description

The present invention relates to a fully reversible single-tailored garment that does not feel uncomfortable even if it is worn on either side.

In the conventional garment, when one garment is to be worn on both the front and back sides, two types of fabrics, the front and the back, are prepared and the end portions are sewn together to obtain a reversible garment. In another method, a reversible garment is obtained by using a reversible two-layer fabric and unwinding the amount of thread joining the two layers from the end face and processing. In either case, the thickness of the fabric and the weight of clothes increased, so there were periods when it was too hot to wear depending on the climate. Also, because the clothes are bulky, they could not be carried around when traveling or going out, and worn when needed.

On the other hand, as a conventional technique for reversible clothing, there has been proposed an assembly-type garment that has different designs on the front and back sides and can be turned upside down (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The sleeve and the front cover have fasteners such as fasteners and hooks so that the front cover part can be divided and connected to each other freely, the sewing process is complicated, and there is a sense of incongruity even when wearing the fastener part, There was a possibility of damaging the fabric and skin with the locking device.

Moreover, although the kimono of the double layer fabric using the thread | yarn which has a different function on the front and back is proposed (for example, refer patent document 2), this kimono is a cotton thread with high hygroscopicity on the back, and dyeing | staining property and a dimension on the front. It is not a reversible structure that can be worn upside down simply by using a two-layer fabric using polyester yarns with excellent stability.

On the other hand, a double-sided wearing kimono in which two types of fabrics are stitched together is proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 3), and a reversible kimono in which another fabric is sandwiched between the two types of fabrics on the front and back sides is proposed (for example, (See Patent Document 4). However, both use front and back fabrics, so the weight and thickness increase, and there were periods when it was too hot to be worn depending on the climate, such as spring and summer.

(7) Fabrics dyed in different colors on the front and back, different patterns, or fabrics with different structures on the front and back are sewn in a single piece that is completely the same color, the same pattern, or the same structure. Japanese clothing characterized by that.

According to the present invention, as will be described below, it is possible to obtain a completely reversible single-tailored garment that does not feel uncomfortable even if the front or back side is worn. It is improved, and is especially useful as clothing such as the turn of the season.

Hereinafter, the clothes of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings showing one embodiment.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing an aspect of the garment of the present invention, and FIGS. 2, 3, and 4 are cross-sectional views showing an aspect of the end face of the garment of the present invention.

The garment of the present invention is made of a fabric dyed in different colors on the front and back sides or in a different pattern, or a fabric having a different structure on the front and back in a single piece that is completely the same color, the same pattern, or the same organization. It is characterized by being sewn.

As the fabric used in the garment of the present invention, a fabric whose front and back are dyed in different colors and patterns or have a different woven structure is used. The front and back are always dyed (including white), and the dyeing may be a solid color dyeing or a pattern printed. Also, the front and back tissues may be different. For example, if the front is twill and the back is plain weave, the front and back are different images, so the same effect as the different color dyeing can be obtained.

There is no restriction | limiting in particular about the form of the clothes of this invention, For example, as shown in FIG. 1, it can also apply to a kimono. The kimono of the present invention can be applied to clothing items such as kimonos, long sleeves, and coats, and small items such as bags and furoshiki.

As shown in FIG. 2, the end face of the garment of the present invention is bent at the back side 2 along the folded end face 5 by bending the cloth end of the garment opening, for example, the cuff 3 or the hem 4, into the front side 1. It is intended to hold down. The number of stitches 6 at this time can be set as appropriate according to the folding width W, and may be one as shown in FIG. 3, two as shown in FIG. 2, or more. Among these, from the viewpoint of workability, it is more preferable to set the folding width W to 0.5 to 2 cm and stop with one sewing stitch.

In addition, the entire front and back surfaces are unified to the same color, pattern, or organization. That is, the color pattern on the back side is not visible when viewed from the front surface, and the color pattern on the front side is not seen at all even if it is turned upside down. In order to make the front surface and the back surface look exactly the same, as shown in FIG. 4, the cloth to be used is cut into an elongated tape shape having a width of 2 to 8 cm on the front surface and the back surface, and the front surface 1 and the back surface 2 are stitched together to form a separate cloth 7. And the edge of the fabric may be wrapped. The width of each tape is more preferably 3 to 5 cm from the viewpoint of workability and finished aesthetics. As shown in FIG. 5, the long side end surface of the sewn separate fabric 7 is bent inward by, for example, 0.5 to 1 cm, and is fastened at the seam 6 according to the fabric end surface of the garment body. At this time, by making the surface of the garment main body and the surface of the separate cloth 7 the same surface, and making the back surface of the garment main body and the back surface of the separate cloth 7 the same surface, the entire front and back surfaces can be completely unified.

As shown in FIG. 6, the seam other than the end is sewed by folding one part inward and the other part outward by, for example, about 1 cm and sewing with a sewing machine. The parts can be exactly the same on both sides.

In the present invention, one piece is sewn. One-piece tailoring is tailoring with one piece of cloth, and one with no lining is called one-tailoring or single clothing. To dye the front and back of a piece of fabric in different colors, (1) Print the front and back of a piece of fabric twice, (2) Use one of the two dyes for each dyeing method There is a method of dyeing one by one.

The clothes in the present invention may be either Western clothing or Japanese clothing. As the types of clothes, the present invention can be applied to both upper garments such as coats and jackets and lower garments such as skirts and pants. As a wearing method, for example, when going out, such as when there is a funeral in the morning and going out for shopping in the afternoon, if you wear a coat according to the present invention whose surface is black and the back is red, wear the surface in the morning, By putting the back side out and wearing it, you can dress appropriately for TPO. In addition, by changing the color of the front and back, you can dress very stylish even when the back side is a little visible.

In addition, by applying water-repellent processing and anti-static processing to the fabric used in the garment of the present invention, it is excellent in wearing comfort even in the rain or in the dry winter season.

As the water repellent used in the water repellent treatment of the present invention, a normal water repellent such as a silicone water repellent or a fluorine water repellent can be used. Among them, a fluorine-based water repellent containing a perfluoroalkyl group-containing acrylic copolymer is preferable.

The water repellent treatment method applied to the fabric used for the clothes of the present invention is not particularly limited. When a water repellent is applied to the entire surface of the fabric, a padding method, a spray method, a coating method, or the like can be employed. In particular, after impregnating the fabric with a processing liquid containing a water repellent, A method using a mangle is preferred.

Antistatic properties are imparted to the fabric used in the garment of the present invention by adding an antistatic compound including a phosphate ester salt, a quaternary ammonium salt, polyethylene glycol, or the like, or a heat-reactive water-soluble urethane prepolymer. Can be granted.

When applying an antistatic agent, a padding method, a spraying method, a coating method, etc. can be employed. Among them, a method of impregnating a fabric with a working fluid containing an antistatic agent and then squeezing with a mangle with a constant squeezing rate Is preferred.
Since the clothes obtained in the present invention are tailored for one piece, they are light and bulky. It becomes.
