Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 전극 조립체의 권취 마감 부위에 금속성 테이프를 적용함으로써 장경 산포로 인한 기재 마감 구조의 품질 산포를 개선하는 효과가 있다. 또한, 금속성 테이프가 추가적인 종단탭(기재탭) 역할을 하여 셀 성능 산포를 개선하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (7)
- 음극판, 양극판, 상기 음극판과 상기 양극판의 사이에 개제되는 세퍼레이터를 구비하고 일 방향으로 권취된 형태를 갖는 전극 조립체;
상기 전극 조립체의 적어도 일부를 감싸도록 상기 전극 조립체의 외주면에 부착되는 금속 소재의 마감 테이프;
일측이 개방되어 전해질과 함께 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 원통형의 캔; 및
상기 캔의 개방된 일측에 결합되어 상기 캔을 밀봉하는 캡 어셈블리를 포함하는 원통형 이차전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 마감 테이프는 상기 캔의 내주면 일측에 접촉되는 금속 영역과, 상기 금속 영역 상에 형성되어 상기 전극 조립체에 부착되는 점착 영역을 포함하는 원통형 이차전지. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 점착 영역은 상기 금속 영역 상에 미리 설정된 형태 및 간격을 갖도록 반복적으로 형성되는 원통형 이차전지. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 점착 영역은 세로줄, 가로줄, 격자, 도트 형태 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 원통형 이차전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 마감 테이프는 상기 전극 조립체의 권취 끝 부분인 외측 단부 중 적어도 일부에 부착되는 원통형 이차전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전극 조립체의 권취축 방향을 기준으로 상기 마감 테이프의 길이(L2)는 상기 전극 조립체 길이(L1)의 10~100%인 원통형 이차전지. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 마감 테이프는 복수 개인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 이차전지.
