The pot roll includes: a roller (110) located inside a plating bath; bearing parts (120) provided on both sides of the roller (110) and formed to be gradually reduced in diameter from the inside to the outside so as to increase a surface area in contact with the inner circumference of a sleeve (150); a pair of support parts (130) installed to be immersed in the plating bath; a bush (140) formed in a lower part of the support parts (130); and the sleeve (150) provided in the center of the bush (140) while having an inner circumference formed into the same shape such that the outer circumference of the bearing parts (120) can be inserted and brought into contact therewith, and having an outer circumference formed to be gradually reduced in diameter from the inside to the outside to maintain positions of the roller (110) and the bearing parts (120), thereby preventing meandering. The present invention can have an effect of improving a bearing capacity and minimizing abrasion by increasing the surface area of the bearing parts and the sleeve of the pot roll.
