Claims (5)

상부 투수공들이 형성된 집수로가 하부에 형성된 복합 처리조를 갖는 본체;
상기 본체의 복합 처리조 내에 직립하여 배치된 구획편에 의해, 상기 복합 처리조 내에 좌우 구획하여 형성되며, 하부 타측에 상호 연통하는 연통로가 관통하여 형성된 수세 처리실, 및 발효 처리실;
상기 수세 처리실과 발효 처리실의 하부에 가로질러 배치되며, 정역모터로부터 회전력을 제공받아 정역으로 회전하는 교반 이송부; 및
상기 수세 처리실의 상부에 배치되어, 수세 처리실 내에 투입된 음식잔반에 세척수를 분사하여, 음식잔반에 잔류된 유분과 염분을 수세하여 제거하는 세척수 분사 노즐을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 음식잔반 처리장치.
